So at least we get to see England's middle order. Ideal chance also for Jacks to show his worth.
Sam Curran also gets off the mark with a sumptuous drive for four, and then manages to survive the next ball to go one further than his predecessor.
Powerplay done, and England need 104 more runs to win.
Bethell c Pooran b Joseph 4 (Eng 37-3)
Four and out!
Alzarri Joseph corrects himself immediately, bringing the ball closer to Bethell and drawing him forward. He gets a faint edge through to the keeper and walks off without hesitation.
England are in a bit of a pickle.
Jacob Bethell gets off the mark in wonderful style, using Alzarri Joseph's pace to guide the ball past point for four with effortless timing.
Buttler c Powell b Hosein 4 (Eng 32-2)
Huge!
Jos Buttler replicates Jacks' miscue from earlier in the over, with the ball spiralling high over Rovman Powell's head. It's closer to him this time, and the skipper clings on to a smart catch running backwards.
A bit of extra bounce does the trick there for Akeal Hosein.
Clubbed through mid-wicket for four!
Much more authoritative from Will Jacks, who moves to 23.
Up, up, and ... not out.
Will Jacks slices the ball over cover, completely losing his shape off the spinner Akeal Hosein. Rovman Powell sprints after it, but the ball wins the race as he can't get a hand on it in the end.
A streak of luck for the England opener.
A yell of anguish from Romario Shepherd, who wastes the good start to his over by offering Will Jacks a full toss from the final delivery that he just has to help on its way to the boundary.
A great over from Akeal Hosein as West Indies continue their disciplined start.
They're keeping England in check - for now.

Since the start of 2022, Akeal Hosein to Phil Salt has been the most common delivery in T20 cricket (99 balls before today). It was good while it lasted today...
Salt b Hosein 4 (Eng 14-1)
An early breakthrough!
Phil Salt goes back to a pretty full delivery and the ball ricochets off his pad and onto the stumps, a very tame dismissal which the opener looks rather frustrated by.
Jos Buttler, the hero of the second T20, replaces him in the middle.
Will Jacks helps himself to England's first boundary, using the crease well to cut Akeal Hosein's first ball through the covers.
He goes for an audacious slog sweep from the following ball and misses, lucky to be outside the line with the ball striking him on the back leg.
Here's your WinViz update...
Target 146
Alzarri Joseph opens his spell as if he's never been away, with just four singles conceded.
A cautious start from England's usually dynamic pair.

This is the first time Romario Shepherd has ever bowled the first over in a T20I, a real change of tactic for Rovman Powell today.
Target 146
A boundary-less over, with five runs worked from it as Salt and Jacks get themselves settled in.

England have lost only one of their last 10 completed chases of 146 and below, failing to chase 146 vs Pakistan in Lahore in 2022.
Target 146
On the money from Shepherd first ball as Phil Salt safely defends back to him.
Phil Salt and Will Jacks are in the middle.
West Indies have the boost of Alzarri Joseph's return for this match but it looks like Romario Shepherd will take the first over.
England should be firm favourites here as they have won by chasing in the previous two games of the series.
They chased a whopping 182 in the first, and 158 in the second.
West Indies lost their top five all in the powerplay and all for single-figure scores, which set the tone and it was always going to take something sensational to recover from that.
Rovman Powell did his best with 54 but Romario Shepherd's 30 and a late cameo of 21 from Alzarri Joseph were the only other double-figure contributions.
For England, there were three wickets apiece for Saqib Mahmood and Jamie Overton, one for Jofra Archer and a brilliant Jacob Bethell run out.
