'Fine shot!' - Capsey cuts away for four

We're back under way - Sciver-Brunt works the ball into mid-wicket for a single before Capsey brings out the reverse ramp to add two more runs.

Capsey then backs off to the final delivery of the over and slaps Ramharack through the covers for four.

  2. Eng 58-1published at 7.3 overs

A couple of singles to start Karishma Ramharack's second over, but we'll take a break because Qiana Joseph has something in her eye.

She's sloshed some water in it but that doesn't appear to have solved the issue - she's walking off.

Sciver-Brunt 'gorgeously' hits four against West Indies

Lovely drive from Nat Sciver-Brunt, timing Jahzara Claxton's delivery beautifully through the covers and bringing up England's 50.

She almost picks up four more from the following delivery, but Realeanna Grimmond does good work on the point boundary to save two.

Alice Capsey plays the paddles, the sweeps and reverse sweeps incredibly well. It's one of her strengths.

  6. Eng 46-1published at 6 overs

Alice Capsey is the new batter and she finds runs down at the fine leg boundary.

She sweeps Ramharack off her second ball for three, with the ball just holding up at the rope, then adds two more later in the over with neat ramp shot.

All the batters who have not had time in the middle have that opportunity today.

It has basically rained all day. I was honestly mind blown [that play has resumed]. There's so many fans that have not gone home.

    Dunkley lbw b Ramharack 26 (Eng 40-1)

That is very out - all reds on ball tracking.

I think because it struck Dunkley quite high on the pad she thought the ball might be passing over the stumps, but because she was back in her crease that wasn't really an issue.

    Thanks Adwaidh.

And I'm immediately pitched into the action because Sophia Dunkley appears to have been dismissed lbw by Karishma Ramharack with her first ball.

Umpire's finger went up, but Dunkley's going to have a look.

  10. Eng 40-0published at 5 overs

    Dunkley 25, Sciver-Brunt 7

England race to 40 without loss in five overs. They are well on top of this chase.

And my colleague Mike Peter will take you through the remainder of this game as the hosts look to secure a clean sweep of this series.

  11. Eng 35-0published at 4.4 overs

    Dunkley 25, Sciver-Brunt 7

Jahzara Claxton into the attack for West Indies.

The 19-year-old medium pacer starts well with three dot balls but that is followed by a wide and a full toss, that is sent to the boundary by Sophia Dunkley.

Zaida James is right on the ring. Had she been a couple of yards in she would have got it, but she got it on the half-volley.

You can't give a player like Nat Sciver-Brunt any chances as she does capitalise.

  13. Eng 30-0published at 4 overs

    Sciver-Brunt 7, Dunkley 21

Nat Sciver-Brunt pulls Jannillea Glasgow but almost finds Zaida James on the ring. But it falls short of the Windies fielder.

The England captain then hits her first boundary through mid-wicket.

The hosts get seven runs in the final over of powerplay.

  14. Eng 23-0published at 3 overs

    Dunkley 19, Sciver-Brunt 2

    England keep the scoreboard ticking.

Eight runs coming off Zaida James' second over.

Not a great effort from backward point there. It was slapped aerially and Karishma Ramharack went with the wrong hand.

  16. Eng 19-0published at 2.1 overs

    Dunkley 17, Sciver-Brunt 1

    Another boundary for Sophia Dunkley.

But this time, she takes a risky route as the ball flies just beyond the reach of Karishma Ramharack and piercing the rope through backward point.

A full ball from Jahzara Claxton to start. Sophia Dunkley hit it really nicely past the bowler.

  18. Eng 15-0published at 2 overs

    Dunkley 13, Sciver-Brunt 1

Seven coming off Jannillea Glasgow's first over.

England captain Nat Sciver-Brunt is also off the mark with a quick single to the cover.

  19. Eng 12-0published at 1.1 overs

    Dunkley 11, Sciver-Brunt 0

Sophia Dunkley looks to be in good nick here.

She hammers a full toss from new bowler Jannillea Glasgow back down the ground for her second boundary. Not the welcome Glasgow was wanting.

  20. Eng 8-0published at 1 over

    Dunkley 7, Sciver-Brunt 0

A decent start for England here then.

And the runs required is already down to two digits for the hosts.
