  2. Postpublished at 15:09 British Summer Time 26 April

    Worcestershire 162 & 58-6 v Durham 136

Matthew Waite has a huge stoke of luck as he top-edges a pull off Codi Yusuf but the diving Jack Blatherwick is unable to cling on at deep square.

    #bbccricket

    Derbyshire 451-8 v Middlesex

The hosts have surpassed 450 and already have a mammoth lead.

Alex Thompson came in to replace Martin Andersson, but fell on just three runs to Zafar Gohar, caught behind by Jack Davies.

Middlesex will be desperate to get Derbyshire all out and have a crack at chasing down a massive total.

  4. Postpublished at 15:07 British Summer Time 26 April

    Notts 300 v Sussex 169 & 67-0

Farhan Ahmed has been tidy in this spell but he won't be happy with this ball, which is full, wide and carved away to point by Tom Haines for four runs, taking the Sussex opener to 45.

Sussex are 64 behind on first innings.

  5. Postpublished at 15:03 British Summer Time 26 April

    Notts 300 v Sussex 169 & 62-0

Josh Tongue is in the attack for the first time this innings, bowling round the wicket to the left-handed Dan Hughes, who gets a single into the off side.

Tom Haines is almost foxed by one ball, which he plays around to drop it into the on side.

He'll keep the strike with a leg bye off the last ball of the over.

  6. wicket

WICKETpublished at 15:03 British Summer Time 26 April

    Nicholls lbw b Ball 25 (Worcestershire 162 & 50-6 v Durham)

Henry Nicholls is pinned lbw by Jake Ball... eventually.

Is that heading down the left-hander's leg-side? Worcestershire think so, but the umpire doesn't.

Nicholls makes 25 from 40 balls to add to his 42 runs in the first innings. A huge contribution in the context of this game,

Matthew Waite joins Brett D'Oliveria in the middle.

The lead is 76. What an afternoon we have in store!

  7. Postpublished at 14:59 British Summer Time 26 April

    Surrey 163-2 v Somerset 283

Jamie Smith is into a nice rhythm here, getting forward to Kasey Aldridge to drive with immaculate timing through point for two.

He picks up four next ball, driving Aldridge down the ground.

He's nearly undone by a leg cutter, dropping his arms and bat as the ball whizzes past off stump to keeper James Rew.

  8. Division Two updatepublished at 14:58 British Summer Time 26 April

    #bbccricket

Nathan Fernandes had his revenge against Martin Andersson, who gets down on one knee to try and sweep the spinner away, only to miss the ball and see his stumps rearranged.

He departs for a career-best 107 and Derbyshire are 445-8 against Middlesex, having been put in at Derby.

  9. Postpublished at 14:55 British Summer Time 26 April

    Notts 300 v Sussex 169 & 58-0

A bit of width for Tom Haines, who cuts Fergus O'Neill through backward point for four. He's on 38 after being dropped at slip on 34.

He'll get one more run, tapping the ball through point on the front foot.

  10. Postpublished at 14:52 British Summer Time 26 April

    Surrey 156-2 v Somerset 283

Kasey Aldridge bowls over the wicket to Jamie Smith, who blocks into the off side.

He drives and is beaten outside off fourth ball and gets a single off the fifth, playing away from his body and into the off side.

Runs have slowed to a trickle.

Dom Sibley is squared up and beaten outside off to end the over.

This ball is nipping away off the seam.

  11. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:49 British Summer Time 26 April

    Taylor lbw b Yusuf 1 (Worcestershire 162 & 44-5 v Durham 136)

Tom Taylor IS pinned infront by Codi Yusuf and this breathless match takes another turn.

He was promoted up the order to try and get some impetus going and came down the track to try and work the second delivery he'd faced into the leg side, but he misses the ball and is struck plum infront.

Brett D'Oliveira comes out with his side leading by 70 with five wickets in hand.

    A truly bonkers game.

  12. dropped catch

Haines dropped on 34published at 14:49 British Summer Time 26 April

    Notts 300 v Sussex 169 & 51-0

Tom Haines is forward to Fergus O'Neill on 34...

Edged off the top half of the bat and dropped at first slip by Joe Clarke.

Low chance but certainly a life for Sussex.

Haines is subsequently beaten outside off stump but sees out the over.

  13. Postpublished at 14:46 British Summer Time 26 April

    Worcestershire 162 & 44-4 v Durham 136

HUGE shout for lbw from Jake Ball and every Durham fielder and Henry Nicholls might have got away with one on 20.

It's hit him halfway up the pad and it looks destined for middle and leg.

    A break for the Pears.

  14. Postpublished at 14:46 British Summer Time 26 April

    Surrey 155-2 v Somerset 283

Contrasting but equally effective innings for this Surrey pair with Dom Sibley 43 not out off 123 balls and Jamie Smith scoring a run-a-ball 14 to date.

Sibley survives an LBW shout from Lewis Gregory who strikes the pad halfway up but just outside off.

Just the one run off the over and Somerset are exerting some control after dismissing Rory Burns and Ollie Pope in quick succession.

  15. 'He's held this together well'published at 14:44 British Summer Time 26 April

    Derbyshire 424-7 v Middlesex

    Dave Fletcher
    BBC Radio Derby Sport

Congratulations to Martin Andersson, he's held this together well throughout the day, first with Luis Reece, then with Zak Chappell.

    Derbyshire have started to accelerate.

  16. wicket

WICKETpublished at 14:42 British Summer Time 26 April

    Hose c Robinson b Ball 15 (Worcestershire 162 & 43-4 v Durham 136

    Big wicket.

Adam Hose is trying to leave this one from Jake Ball but he gets a thin bottom edge which sails through to Ollie Robinson behind the timbers and the Pears are four down.

The 40-run partnership - the third highest of the match - is broken.

Tom Taylor is the new man. Pears lead by 69.

    What a game!

  17. Sussex on the charge and Hutton injuredpublished at 14:41 British Summer Time 26 April

    Notts 300 v Sussex 169 & 50-0

Brett Hutton is off the field after pulling up in his fifth over.

So Notts are a bowler down in the midst of a sprightly Sussex start to the second dig.

Tom Haines takes the opening stand to 50 in the 10th over with a clip to the leg side for one off Fergus O'Neill.

    81 behind.

  18. 100 runs

100 for Martin Anderssonpublished at 14:40 British Summer Time 26 April

    Derbyshire 422-7 v Middlesex

This one will mean a lot.

Derbyshire all-rounder Martin Andersson posts his second century in three matches, and it comes against his former club.

He cuts away Nathan Fernades for his 15th four to bring up three figures from 156 deliveries and with it, a new career best, beating the 101 he made against Leicestershire two weeks ago.

  19. Postpublished at 14:38 British Summer Time 26 April

    Surrey 150-2 v Somerset 283

Shot! Four more runs to Jamie Smith, standing tall and driving Lewis Gregory through cover with a high elbow. Lovely balance.

He turns the next ball off his hip for two and that brings up the Surrey 150 in 41 overs.

  20. Postpublished at 14:36 British Summer Time 26 April

    Notts 300 v Sussex 169 & 38-0

Tom Haines has his sixth four, but it's streaky!

He's half forward to Fergus O'Neill, with an angled bat, inside edging past his leg stump.

    So frustrating for Notts.

The run rate remains at near enough five an over and the innings gap is down to 93.
