Brilliant bowling from Rashid. When he goes, England are going to miss him probably more than any other bowler. He's been a fabulous bowler.

    Oh yes. It's plumb.

Shimron Hetmyer swishes his bat as he walks off. He didn't hang around long enough to have to put his helmet on.

There's a shout for lbw, given immediately. Hetmyer pushed forward but doesn't leave the field.

West Indies have both reviews remaining so Hetmyer asks the question.

    Oh this is out.

Shimron Hetmyer misses one from Adil Rashid in front of middle.

Things are nicely set up. That partnership beaten Carty and King and then Carty and Hope has put West Indies in a position where 300 should be a target.

Shimron Hetmyer has come out looking very Shimron Hetmyer.

England needed that breakthrough. Carty has played wonderfully for his hundred. This applause he's getting from the crowd is richly deserved. Carty's given the team a good platform.

West Indies needed someone in the top order to stand up and give the innings a platform. He's done that.

Carty coming forward, got in a tangle, and it was easy work for Buttler. He was waiting to whip the bails off.

A fine innings comes to an end. The part-timer strikes.

Carty st Buttler b Jacks 103 (WI 205-3)

It's 100 and out for Keacy Carty. Having got to three figures, he clearly felt it was time to push on but misses as he skips down the pitch to Will Jacks. The right-hander is a mile out of his ground as Jos Buttler whips off the bails.

Will Jacks gives it a little too much air and Shai Hope isn't going to miss out on that one.

It's a tough time for Jacks to bowl, a part-timer.

That was an excellent over from Potts. He got his length right, his line right, and bowled some forceful deliveries.

For the next couple of overs, England need to keep it tight.

  19. WI 187-2published at 34 overs

With plenty of additional hustle, Matthew Potts bustles his way through another over. This one concedes only three runs with England just cleverly halting some of West Indies momentum here.
