We can Antony, and I'll get us going. I'm just back from my honeymoon and my wife allowed me to take her to watch a T20 match at New Road. We bathed in the sunshine with a view of the cathedral. It was glorious.

And then, to top it off, Ashley Giles tapped us on the shoulders and presented us with a signed shirt. The car journey home consisted of me explaining to my new wife why I insisted on calling an Ashes winning England spinner the King of Spain.

Re: Ann at 14:24. Can we get a "things non cricketers do for the cricket lover in their lives" theme going?

Drinks at Edgbaston as well Jason and Rachel. I suspect what is being consumed may be somewhat different, though.

Watching the updates poolside from Mahon, Menorca after some Tapas and a couple of drinks. 87 degrees and following the wickets closely. Come on England.

I like to imagine John listening to Ann with his left ear and TMS with his right ear, Pete. But please do concentrate largely on the road John!

Re: Ann and John at 14:24, surely the question has to be asked why TMS isn’t on the radio in the car to save Ann reading the live text?

Good, old-fashioned Test match cricket, this. I'm very much here for it.

He has indeed Chris. Plus there is Ollie Robinson (the other one), James Rew, Tom Banton, James Bracey and probably a few others.

The day will soon come when the entire XI is made up of those who can keep. I wonder if any of the others have Jamie Smith's all black gloves?

Just a thought. England have some pick of keepers at the minute...Bairstow, Butter, smith, Foakes, Salt. Has Pope kept wicket before too?

What I want to do is say that these two West Indies batters are doing an excellent job here. Taking the sting out of England and all that.

But I still remember the last time I said a pair of West Indies batters were winning their individual battles...

Best of luck Peter. And I will definitely be researching that particular global tournament during my next tea break.

My plans for the weekend involve cricket, playing for Blackwood in our local league (40th season this year) and then travelling to Finchampstead on Sunday to watch one of our elder statesman Peter Jenkins playing for Wales against Australia in the over 70s World Cup. Please wish him luck!

No wicket and another review gone for England. That's two in two overs they have lost now.

But Jason Holder, while he remains out in the middle, wasn't exactly comfortable against Ben Stokes there.

Good decision. He picked up on that, absolute little scratch as it thundered into the pad.

And it has got a little tickle from Holder's inside edge. Very, very good from umpire Adrian Holdstock.

Might have just got outside the line, tall man, went forward. Might have just got outside the line, Ben Stokes was very confident.

Holder is in real trouble if there is no inside edge here.

They had to review that. Ben Stokes can't believe it wasn't given. Jason Holder will be worried here. Not out on the field.

Ohhhhhh. That could have gone anywhere.

The former West Indies skipper, facing the current England skipper, gets both a thick inside edge and a welcome boundary. Not that he had any control.

That abandoned half-point is probably the best part of a fivers worth of liquid. Plus the deposit for the cup. Quick, grab it Timothy.
