Atkinson is back and England go to Plan B. And you all know what that means, right? The field spreads and the balls will be back of a length.

I'm a Newcastle season-ticket holder and this tactic is the equivalent to our set pieces under Alan Pardew - without fail, the delivery would be pumped in the general direction of Mike Williamson at the back post. Did it work? Rarely. In fact, never.

Quick-fire over from Bashir, that. Excellent for the over-rate which is, let's say, slow. Yes, we will go with slow.

If I were stewarding that day, Louis, I definitely would have confiscated your bags, whipped my Hi Vis overgarment off and wandered off into St John's Wood never to be seen again. At least, not by you.

I went to Lord’s on the second day of the test match with my Dad, brother and sister. My Mum has no clue about cricket but pre-ordered and collected a huge picnic from a well known supermarket. Put it this way, it wasn’t just a picnic, it was a …. you get the idea. Thanks Mum!

Nice stroke from Holder to finish the over. Only his second boundary in 45 balls.

West Indies brought up their 150 a few deliveries earlier.

Does it ruin it for you if I say that I actually quite like Ms. Swift's music Angus?! That said, I never talk about it (this doesn't count).

My family and I are listening in our knackered old Ford S-Max on our way to the old Roman City of Lugo in Spain. I am absolutely covered in damp towels and pillows, with my sister constantly prattling on about Taylor Swift's new album - as you can perhaps guess, your excellent commentary is the only think keeping me sane.

Joshua Da Silva has been positive from the second he stepped onto the Edgbaston turf. He takes five from Bashir's first, while Holder also gets a single. And that completely ruins our run of six consecutive overs with just one run from them.

"Take your time, have a look, Josh," Jason Holder may or may not have said to his partner.

If Holder did say it, Da Silva completely ignored him. Boundary into the leg side to begin with.

Speaking of spin, here comes Shoaib Bashir for the first time in the match.

In case you've been hiding under a cricketing rock for a week or so, Bashir has three five-wicket hauls in five Tests...one of which he wasn't required to bowl in.

2019 World Cup Final.....I'd finished a 100km Ultra marathon at about 4.30am. Wife picked me up and drove me home. We slept for 4 hours then got up for the final. I sat on sofa watching final whilst my wife brought beer and a bowl with hot soapy water in to soak my aching feet!

A fifth consecutive over with only a single. I've been present for all five overs and I can only apologise.

    Another steady over.

And as it closes, the cameras pan to the England dressing room and we see Baz and his merry band of coaches huddled around a handheld electronics device. A plan being hatched perhaps?

Good shout Andy - missed him out. New father Ben Duckett we should say.

Congratulations to him and Paige on the birth of their baby girl, by the way. Impeccably timed between Tests, too.

I've no idea if Paige likes cricket or not, but if she doesn't surely that is the winner of our little "things non cricket lovers do for their partners" comp?!

Here is the lbw shout from a few overs back. Stokes was convinced. Edgbaston was convinced. We were all convinced. But umpire Holdstock was not. And guess what? He was bang on.

This is a key partnership. These are the two batsmen that could get them out of the hole they've dug. Beyond that, we're down to bowlers who can bat.

Gus Atkinson back into the attack after drinks. England searching for wicket number six.
