Australia have two feisty batters out there who will want to make the most of the overs that remain in their innings. They are both capable players with the bat.

Alana King looks to put some pressure back on by swinging hard at Lauren Filer. She gets a decent amount of bat on it but Capsey runs around to keep it to two.

Filer, who has had a bit of the Mark Wood's today in that she keeps on falling over in her follow-through, follows up with an accidental beamer later in the over.

She quickly apologises to King who can't get the free hit away.

Last time Australia were bowled out below 200 batting first in an ODI was against England in Mumbai in 2013 (they scored 147 on that occasion but still won by two runs).

  5. Aus 164-7published at 35 overs

Alice Capsey isn't bowling many bad balls here.

Her talent has always been obvious - I said as much the other day - but she had only taken five wickets previously in ODIs.

The last time an English fourth-change bowler or below took three wickets in an ODI against Australia was back in 2008 when Laura Marsh took 3-18 in Sydney. England went on to win that match by seven wickets.

It's funny how quickly things can change. The commentators on TV are debating whether the Australia players' places, particularly Tahlia McGrath, are in doubt for the rest of the series.

Lauren Filer bustles through another pacey over with Alana King backing away a little as she bats.

It's going to be a surface which will be challenge for England, though. Australia's spinners and Kim Garth will be difficult to face.

  9. Aus 157-7published at 33 overs

The worry for England is that if Alice Capsey is turning the ball then think what Alana King could do. England are not great players of spin.

That said, it's a lot easier to play it when there's less scoreboard pressure.

Scoring boundaries is quite difficult for Australia at the moment. Five wickets for 22 runs? That just doesn't happen to Australia. I think we've been hoodwinked by the innings of Alyssa Healy and Ellyse Perry because everyone else has found it difficult.

Australia have lost five wickets for 22 runs.

Oh my word. What a delivery that was! There's not much Tahlia McGrath could have done about that. You could hear it cannon into the stumps. What an absolute pearler of a delivery. It's going to be a struggle for the Aussies to bat out their overs from this point.

That is absolute beauty to get rid of Tahlia McGrath!

    Magic.

Heather Knight can do no wrong at the moment as her plan works perfectly.

Lauren Filer's pace is called upon to blow away the lower order and she strikes with a beauty that nips in to take the top of leg stump.

Tahlia McGrath, Australia's last recognised batter, is out.

Alice Capsey has turned this series around for England. All of a sudden there's a lot more energy from England. That's what a wicket can do.

  17. Aus 150-6published at 31 overs

Alana King can bat - she averages 19 - but the Aussies would not have planned for her being in with 19 overs to go.

That is her second wicket-maiden in a row.

What a special delivery that is. Not really sure what Ash Gardener was trying to do there, that was a terrible shot. What a great performance from Alice Capsey

Make that three wickets, Soham! Alice Capsey has turned this game right into England's favour.

This is a perfect off-spinner's dismissal as the ball turns through the gate to bowl Ash Gardner.

England are into the bowlers now.
