  1. SA 29-4published at 9 overs

    Target 104

Although seven runs come from the over, there are still four dot balls in the over from Van Meekeren, including a clever slower ball that almost trapped Miller in the final delivery.

There is 75 runs needed in 11 overs, with the rate almost at 7 now, quite a jump from 5.2 before a ball was bowled.

We're now going to see some spin in the form of Tim Pringle.

  2. SA 26-4published at 8.2 overs

    Target 104

That's more like it from South Africa.

Plenty of intent from Miller, he smashes a shorter ball from Van Meekeren over the cover fielder and it just about makes its way to the rope for four.

The outfield is slow, but the South Africa batters have not offered much to really add boundaries to their total.

That is also their first boundary for 50 balls.

Here are the first three wickets to fall that left South Africa 3-3.

  4. SA 22-4published at 8 overs

    Target 104

Excellent from De Leede. A couple of half shots offered from the Proteas but hardly anything that has got through the Netherlands' fielders.

Just the one run coming and the target of 104 is looking more and more difficult.

I've just rushed back from inside the stands to the press box and there's nobody at the food and drinks stalls. Everybody has got themselves back inside to watch the action.

    SA 21-4

Almost a first ball wicket for Bas de Leede.

A brilliant delivery gets through Miller and is caught by Edwards.

Netherlands opt not to appeal and they are correct, the ball clipped Miller's leg and wasn't on course to hit the stumps, no bat involved.

    Another South Africa scare.

  8. SA 21-4published at 7 overs

Kingma starts this over with two dot balls before Miller pulls, but is only able to pick up three runs rather than a full four.

Stubbs and Miller both add a single each, with five coming from Kingma's final over.

He ends with brilliant figures of 2-12.

Bas de Leede now joins in and he is very capable of adding to the wickets column.

  10. SA 16-4published at 6 overs

Just four runs come from Van Meekeren's opening over and the South Africa end the powerplay with just 16 runs to their name.

That's an extremely low total for any side, never mind South Africa.

It's crazy. This felt like such a pedestrian game until the last few overs of the Netherlands innings but my word, you can never write off the Netherlands. They never lie down.

  12. SA 12-4published at 5 overs

Another maiden for the Dutch and Kingma now has figures of 2-7 from his three overs.

Paul van Meekeren is now into the attack, hoping to carry on what Kingma and Van Beek have started.

    Klaasen c Pringle b Kingma 4 (SA 12-4)

Another one! South Africa are in turmoil.

A shorter ball from Kingma, Klaasen goes to smash that out to the boundary at deep square leg, but he just picks out Tim Pringle, who takes a rather comfortable catch to claim the Netherlands' fourth wicket.

"The finisher" David Miller is next in before the fifth over is up.

This World Cup just keeps producing entertainment after entertainment.

  17. SA 12-3published at 4 overs

A first over in this innings without a wicket, but plenty of tidy bowling from Logan van Beek.

Just four runs come from it and South Africa remain very restricted in what on paper, should have been a very generous target for them to chase down.

The Dutch are showing plenty of intent with their bowling, South Africa are just trying to rebuild at present.

  19. SA 8-3published at 3 overs

More control at the end of the over. Heinrich Klaasen finds a single with his first ball, met by two more from Tristan Stubbs.

Having taken one wicket and almost claiming another, Kingma will have been disappointed to give up a wide at the end of that over, with five runs coming in total.
