Back-to-back fours from Brandon King. Brilliantly dispatched.
Flat-batted and back over the head of Archer, who had offered up a shorter ball.

Salt made a meal of that after initially saving four.
Phil Salt is frustrated after being unable to stop four on the boundary at deep backward point, despite getting two chances.
He did get a half stop the first time, but the slashed shot from King off Archer's bowling made it too hot to handle.

The accidental Nat-meg from Johnson Charles there.
Reece Topley will be disappointed with that end to the over.
A wild delivery to end, Johnson Charles shuffles over to hit it, and finds a thick edge through his own legs that runs away for four at the fine leg boundary.
Jofra Archer will replace Mark Wood for this next over.

That's a monster. It's landed about where our car is parked.
A humungous six. King changed his bat the ball before so he's clearly picked the right one.

I think that's cleared the roof!
A humongous shot from Brandon King goes all the way for a very long six and Reece Topley will be a bit shocked, considering how he has bowled so far.
Before that ball, there was a delay as King opted to swap bats. It clearly worked.

Good start by England, they're hitting nice lengths.
They've given three extras away trying to keep those tight lines but every other ball has been good.
Eight runs come from that over from Mark Wood, but there were some brilliant deliveries in that, including the first that almost led to a wicket.
It has given this powerful West Indies line-up something to think about for sure.

That's a handsome shot and you can hear the roar from the West Indies crowd.
A first boundary of the day for West Indies from Johnson Charles.
A shorter ball from Wood had plenty of pace, it popped and Charles just cut that away through point and it ran away for four.

It was on this ground Mark Wood took an electric 5-41 in Test in 2019.
Many people judge that as the quickest spell they’ve seen from an England bowler.
What a delivery from Mark Wood to start off his evening.
It had pace and out-swing and flew at Brandon King.
There were a couple of noises and Jos Buttler took the catch behind, but after appeals were waved away, Buttler thought about and opted not to review a potential lbw.
Replays show that had they reviewed, it would not have been overturned, with the ball only clipping the bails via umpire's call.
Smart from Buttler.

Topley is clearly going full and straight, looking for that lbw.
An interesting first over from Reece Topley.
An eight-ball over but only five runs come from it, with Topley gifting two of them courtesy of wides.
In general, a pleasing start and a couple of warning signs shown by Topley.
Reece Topley will be zipping the ball through in the powerplay - the stats say he bowls 94% of his deliveries at full pace in the first six overs, compared with 67% in the middle overs and 80% at the death.
Brandon King punches that first ball from Reece Topley back down the ground.
Easy for Jofra Archer to gather at mid-off.
Brandon King and Johnson Charles will open the batting for co-hosts West Indies in St Lucia.
Reece Topley has the ball in hand and will look to strike early in this one.
Away we go!
