  4. wicket

WICKET Woakes b Fuller 2published at 18:04 British Summer Time 26 June

    Warwickshire 309-8 - target 498

James Fuller replaces Keith Barker in the attack, bowling to three slips.

Got him! Chris Woakes is bowled!

That may have kept low as he went forward to block and the ball cannoned into the top of off.

    That straightened off the pitch.

Time for Craig Miles to bat.

  5. Postpublished at 18:02 British Summer Time 26 June

    Glamorgan 206-7 - target 262

A change of bowling by Northants. Rob Keogh replaces Liam Patterson-White.

  6. Postpublished at 18:01 British Summer Time 26 June

    Warwickshire 307-7 - target 498

Keith Barker leaves the field to a warm round of applause.

He's put a shift in, bowling 23 overs today alone and 43 in the match.

Sam Hain is facing Felix Organ, going back and across to defend.

Organ gets one to keep low and an LBW shout is turned down.

Hain jabbed the bat on it in time.

  7. Postpublished at 18:00 British Summer Time 26 June

    Glamorgan 206-7 - target 262

Alex Russell continues. There's an easy single for Timm van der Gugten but the Dutchman calls for a risky second and only just makes it.

TVDG is ringed by fielders but he meets the challenge with a straight drive down the ground for four.

Just four overs to go now.

  8. Postpublished at 17:58 British Summer Time 26 June

    Warwickshire 307-7 - target 498

11 overs left after this one for Hampshire to take three wickets.

Keith Barker gets the ball to nip away a fraction off the pitch, drawing Chris Woakes into a play and miss.

This isn't over yet. Just saying.

  9. Postpublished at 17:56 British Summer Time 26 June

    Glamorgan 199-7 - target 262

BBC Radio Northampton's Andrew Radd calls Glamorgan's Harry Podmore 'Padmore'.

Maybe that's indicative of Glamorgan's thinking at this point.

Another maiden. Five overs left - do Northants have it in them to snatch these three remaining wickets.

  10. Burgess caught cutting to silly pointpublished at 17:55 British Summer Time 26 June

"You do have to question that shot."

  11. wicket

WICKET Burgess c Gubbins b Organ 79published at 17:54 British Summer Time 26 June

    Warwickshire 306-7 - target 498

Another close catcher is coming in as we pause and wait for another crash helmet to be brought on to the field.

Six close catchers now for Felix Organ if you count the keeper.

A short ball halfway down the pitch is swung over mid wicket for four by Michael Burgess.

No risk to the shot once you clear the multiple fielders in close.

Out! An attempted cut to cover picks out silly point via the top edge and that's a simple catch for Nick Gubbins.

Very risky shot to a ball pitching into the rough.

    Chris Woakes is in next.

  12. Postpublished at 17:53 British Summer Time 26 June

    Glamorgan 199-7 - target 262

    The shutters come down.

Timm van der Gugten plays out a maiden from Alex Russell.

    Six overs left.

  13. wicket

WICKET Crane lbw Patterson-White 0published at 17:47 British Summer Time 26 June

    Glamorgan 199-7 - target 262

Louis Kimber's innings earlier in the day shows that anything is possible, but maybe a Glamorgan win is now out of the question.

Following his first-innings half-century, Mason Crane lasts only three balls as Liam Patterson-White claims his third victim.

There are 7.1 overs left for Northants to take three more wickets.

  14. Postpublished at 17:45 British Summer Time 26 June

    Warwickshire 298-6 - target 498

Keith Barker delivers a no ball overstepping.

He fires in a bouncer and Sam Hain ducks.

The next ball is short but wider and dabbed into the off side for one.

Sam Hain gets a single into the covers and Michael Burgess has to get his skates on to complete the run after responding late.

  15. wicket

WICKET Cooke c Gay b Russell 27published at 17:42 British Summer Time 26 June

    Glamorgan 196-6 - target 464

The longest boundary - no problem for Chris Cooke as he launches Alex Russell for six. But he fails to take full toll of yet another full toss and has to settle for two.

The young Northants spinner stems the tide as Cooke perishes, slicing a catch to Emilio Gay, who is stationed at long-off.

Glamorgan need 66 off eight overs.

  16. Postpublished at 17:41 British Summer Time 26 June

    Warwickshire 293-6 - target 498

Keith Barker is over the wicket to Sam Hain with two runs coming from the over.

The pitch has been flat and 200-odd runs or four wickets both feel like distant prospects here at Edgbaston.

Five close catchers in for off spinner Felix Organ and Sam Hain wasn't far off popping a catch up to one of the two short legs.

He's getting a bit of turn and bounce out of the rough here.

    But Hain survives the over.

  17. Postpublished at 17:39 British Summer Time 26 June

    Glamorgan 185-5 - target 262

Glamorgan continue to pick up a boundary per over as Chris Cooke hits over mid-off and Gus Miller fails to react on the boundary until it is too late.

Nine from it keeps the Welsh county interested - they need 77 from nine now.

  18. Postpublished at 17:35 British Summer Time 26 June

    Glamorgan 176-5 - target 262

Alex Russell continues but sends down another full-toss and Timm van der Gugten despatches it to the long-on boundary.

Russell has 1-34 from six overs - there are 10 left to bowl and Glamorgan need 86.

You can work out the required rate, we're sure.

  19. Postpublished at 17:34 British Summer Time 26 June

    Warwickshire 290-6 - target 498

It's hard to imagine anything other than a draw here but Michael Burgess keeps the pressure on the Hampshire attack with a four slapped through cover point off the bowling of Felix Organ.

We're into the final hour though, with a minimum of 16 remaining - so we'd need some truly epic fireworks at this point!

  20. Postpublished at 17:31 British Summer Time 26 June

    Glamorgan 168-5 - target 262

Another loose delivery from Alex Russell, this time a full toss, and Timm van der Gugten biffs it through mid-wicket for four.

Glamorgan need 94 from 12 overs. Is this still on, now Labuschagne has gone?
