    "Lucy Higham stepped up with the ball massively, and then we backed it with the bat."

    On Alice Davidson-Richards and Davina Perrin: "They both love batting at Headingley. To see them go about their business - it is a good partnership to watch.

    "We know here, from a batting point of view, it is a good batting pitch.

    "We have built some good relationships, and we are kind of a good bunch of mates.

    Ellyse Perry will rue her luck after getting run out at the non-striker's end.

    The Phoenix captain had a day to forget, with her team also dropping a number of catches after their poor batting display.

    We have also had good fun watching Phoebe Litchfield's batting today.

    The Superchargers star's match-winning half-century from 25 balls today is the joint third-fastest 50 in The Hundred.

    After scores of 4, 22 and 5 in her first three games, the Australian is up and running in The Hundred.

    Northern Superchargers' match-hero Phoebe Litchfield: "I think scoring any runs is good fun. To get another win for Superchargers is equally more special.

    "Every time we come to Headingley we know it is going to be a good pitch. You saw that today with Alice Davidson-Richards and Davina Perrin when they came out."

    On Superchargers bowlers: "I think they hit their lengths and kept the stumps in play and forced the Birmingham batters to do something else. The spinners have done wonderful for us, and they showed that again today."

    On the Superchargers team: "We have had this group together for three years, and it hasn't changed much. The vibes are good!"

    It's Northern Superchargers' third win from four games in this season's The Hundred.

    They go top of the women's table with 12 points - the same as Southern Brave and London Spirit.

    Meanwhile, Birmingham Phoenix fall to their third defeat in four matches as they languish at the foot of the table along with Welsh Fire and Manchester Originals on four points.

    It's looking a bit difficult for the Phoenix, but full credit to the Superchargers, they fought back after the initial start. Brilliant from their batters and it's been a joy to watch really.

    What a shot to finish the innings. That was absolutely phenomenal from Phoebe Litchfield to see the Superchargers home comfortably in the end.

    They've outplayed the Phoenix, who will have to go back to the drawing board.

    Superchargers are home with 25 balls to spare - Phoebe Litchfield hits the winning runs, clubbing Mille Taylor straight down the ground for her 11th boundary of the innings.

    Their win was never in doubt after they were given a good start by openers Davina Perrin and Alice Davidson-Richards while chasing 117.
