Here are the highlights from West Indies' crushing victory over Uganda overnight.

  5. What happened overnightpublished at 15:08 British Summer Time 9 June

Uganda equalled the record for the lowest total at a men's T20 World Cup after they were skittled out for just 39 in a 134-run loss to West Indies in Guyana.

The tournament debutants were all out in just 12 overs to match the Netherlands' total against Sri Lanka in 2014 and fall to the second-largest margin of defeat in the tournament's history.

Left-arm spinner Akeal Hosein took a career-best 5-11 to become the first West Indies bowler to take a five-wicket haul at a men's T20 World Cup.

The latest news from New York is that there will be a pitch inspection at 15:15 BST.

The rain appears to have stopped, for now at least and fingers crossed, we do not have too long to wait until we see some cricket.

While we wait to see what happens out in America, let's take a look at what happened overnight in this T20 World Cup.

  7. Delayed tosspublished at 15:02 British Summer Time 9 June

I'm afraid it's news you didn't want to hear from here inside the ground in Eishenhower Park. It's raining. The covers are on and the toss has been delayed.

Players from both teams are on the outfield doing their warm-ups and it has eased off quite a bit from the deluge about half an hour ago which sent fans scuttling for cover.

The ICC playing conditions state that we can wait another 90 minutes before we start losing overs from the match.

According to the weather maps, the rain should end at 10:45 our time (15:45 BST) so hopefully we will not be waiting too long for the match to get under way.

Can India pick up victory to move top of Group A, or can Pakistan avenge their shock defeat to the United States in midweek?
