  3. Ned 6-0published at 1.3 overs

    Target 160

Tanzim Sakib shares the new ball. We still haven't got to the bottom of why Shakib Al Hasan was wearing a neck brace before the match. Could be a no-win, no-fee ruse.

  4. Ned 5-0published at 1 over

    Target 160

The Jaffa Cake debate went to court, where it was ruled a cake, thus saving tax.

Apparently biscuits are taxed but cake isn't. Every day is a school day.

That's a magnificent shot, possibly even the shot of the day. The Netherlands are underway.

  6. Ned 4-0published at 0.3 overs

    Target 160

Mustafizur Rahman is bowling the first, left-arm pace. Levitt, quite a prospect, drives through the covers for four.

Are Jaffa Cakes biscuits or cakes?

Yes, they are called cakes, but they look like biscuits.

Anyway, the Dutch need 160 to win. Michael Levitt and Max O'Dowd are in the middle.

    Thank you, Michael.

I've had a cracking day. Cleaned the bathroom, Roy Orbison came up on Spotify (other streamers are available) and Jaffa Cakes were on offer in the Co-Op (other shops and orange-flavoured snacks are available).

    You?

    Right then.

The teams aren't far from retaking the field, it should be an intriguing chase.

Here's Stephan Shemilt to take you through it.

Well, that seems a defendable total for Bangladesh.

Their pace fluctuated rather dramatically through the innings, but Shakib in particular managed to drive them towards respectability.

  11. Ban 159-5published at 20 overs

Is this out? No, a diving Shakib makes it home!

He turns the final ball of the innings to backward square and races through for a smart two.

The veteran all-rounder finished with an unbeaten 64 off 46, with his final partnership with Jaker Ali worth 29 off 15 balls - those could be crucial runs.

That was very smart batting from Shakib Al Hasan. It required tough execution but it was very well played.

  13. Ban 157-5published at 19.5 overs

Four more as Shakib waits to get under the bouncer and then pulls it away behind square.

De Leede responds with a decent dot ball yorker.

  14. Ban 153-5published at 19.3 overs

150 up for Bangladesh, Shakib trying an expansive drive and edging De Leede away for another four.

Another expensive over again for the Netherlands. 160 looks pretty likely from Bangladesh.

Jaker Ali threw everything he could at that. Well waited and well struck.

  17. Ban 147-5published at 19 overs

New batter Jaker Ali crouches so low in his stance, I'm surprised he doesn't fall backwards.

He absolutely smears van Beek past mid-off for his first four, before bouncing off his toes to connect with another

A final four comes from the last delivery of the over, a flailing drive sending an edge down to the third boundary - a good over for Bangladesh.

  18. Ban 133-5published at 18 overs

Just the three singles from the remainder of the over, the last a leg-bye.

Van Meekeren finishes with strong figures of 2-15.

That's a bonus for the Dutch. Well caught, well judged. No sweat from Engelbrecht.

  20. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 17.3 overs

    Mahmudullah c Engelbrecht b van Meekeren 25 (Ban 130-5)

That single brought Mahmudullah on strike, and he goes next ball!

The Bangladesh batter goes to pull into the wind and picks out Engelbrecht on the boundary - the gun fielder takes the catch above his head on the leap and then stares downwards to make sure he hasn't landed on the boundary rope.

No need for the Netherlands to fear, he's clear and they can celebrate a crucial wicket. Bangladesh will have wanted Mahmudullah there at the close.
