Heather Knight is a difficult batter to bowl at. You know if you get something slightly wrong, she will punish you. You've got to hold your nerve to bowl at her.

  2. Eng 126-2published at 14.4 overs

    Need 21 from 32 balls

Yep, this could be over very quickly.

Too short, too wide and cut away for a third boundary of the over by Knight.

There are still two balls of this Zaida James over to go...

It's been good from England today. It's a good comeback from them after the poor winter they had.

  4. Eng 122-2published at 14.3 overs

    Need 25 from 33 balls

Lovely batting from Heather Knight again.

Skips down this time and elegantly hits the ball over the covers for four more.

    England are closing in...

  5. Eng 118-2published at 14.1 overs

    Need 29 from 35 balls

    Super shot from Heather Knight.

Standing tall and hitting Zaida Smith high over mid-off, one bounce for four.

  6. Eng 114-2published at 14 overs

    Need 33 from 36 balls

Another over ticks by and England move ever closer to a win to start the international summer.

It's a tough catch to take, running in from the long-on boundary.

Aaliyah Alleyne had 15-20 yards to make. She did get two hands to it and when she sees it back, she will be annoyed.

Dunkley dropped on 62 by Alleyne at long on

That's a chance for West Indies but Sophia Dunkley survives.

She tries to launch the ball over the leg side, mistimes the shot and the ball loops up.

Aaliyah Alleyne runs in from long-on, gets two hands to the ball but can't hold on. To make matters worse, the ball rolls far enough away that England can come back for two.

Dunkley looking calm and collected in the chase here. Her record for England when chasing is significantly better than when batting first.

    • Batting first: Avg 18 - SR 107
    • Chasing: Avg 31 - SR 133

No joy for West Indies this time with the review.

Ball-tracking shows the ball was missing leg so Sophia Dunkley can continue on her merry way.

    Eng 108-2

Hayley Matthews is back into the attack, hits Sophia Dunkley on the pad as the England batter sweeps... and decides it's worth a review.

    Let's have a look then...

There's a bit of a murmur around the ground now. There's a sort of a creeping air of inevitability of an England win.

  13. Eng 108-2published at 13 overs

    Need 39 from 42 balls

Aaliyah Alleyne is the seventh bowler to be used in the innings as West Indies search for a route back into this contest.

A front-foot no-ball and free hit doesn't prove too costly but with a couple of wides as well, England are able to move ever closer to victory without really having to take a risk.

With West Indies taking a pause to change the field, it becomes a rather long over.

West Indies need players like Aaliyah Alleyne to step up, chip in and show that experience.

  15. Eng 99-2published at 12 overs

    Need 48 from 48 balls

Tighter from Karishma Ramharack after that first ball but England are happy to work the singles.

That is all they need from here. But you fancy they might try to finish this one in a hurry once they get that bit closer.

The timing on that from Sophia Dunkley is exceptional again.

England are cruising at the moment.

  17. Eng 95-2published at 11.1 overs

    Target 147

    Four more!

Fantastic timing from Sophia Dunkley, advancing to Karishma Ramharack and whipping the ball through mid-wicket.

Charlotte Edwards is someone who won't let anything slip. She is the sort of coach, and was a player, who is constantly thinking and adapting to the game. She's right in the mix of it all.

  19. Eng 91-2published at 11 overs

    Target 147

Far too short from Afy Fletcher to end the over and Heather Knight clobbers it to cow corner for four.

Another good over for England and the required rate is now scarcely more than a run-a-ball.

A terrific shot from Sophia Dunkley to bring up her half-century.

It was wonderfully threaded between two fielders and the placement to get it between them was exceptional.
