Sophia Dunkley is motoring here and England are going along nicely.

    Shot!

Sophia Dunkley has used her feet well in this innings and does so again, skipping down the track and hitting the ball back over Zaida James' head for four.

A drag-down follows and Dunkley heaves it past short fine leg for four more. That's the 50 up for England.

Danni Wyatt-Hodge has slashed it away. It's a super shot from here.

It was in the slot but there's a lovely bit of bottom-hand wrist work to elevate it over that packed in-field.

  4. Eng 42-0published at 5 overs

Cherry-Anne Fraser into the attack. No great pace from the West Indies seamer but she's banging the ball in fairly short and it works pretty well for her.

However, the last ball is a touch fuller, wide of off and slapped over cover for four by Danni Wyatt-Hodge.

There are no demons on this surface at all. And England are now starting to show it as well.

Eight from Hayley Matthews' first over. It's been a positive start for England.

The pitch has played well and they're making the most of it.

I don't think I've ever seen someone get exactly 100 not out and no other batter score above 20.

Speaking of Hayley Matthews. Have a look at the best of her magnificent innings...

  9. Eng 32-0published at 3.3 overs

    Target 147

After her unbeaten century in the first innings, can Hayley Matthews make a similar impact with the ball?

The West Indies skipper - as ever, controversially bowling in a cap - is on to bowl her off-spin but drags her third ball short and Sophia Dunkley hammers it behind square on the leg side for four.

The moment she just got it too full, Wyatt-Hodge could free the hands and find the boundary.

It's just the angle of the arm down the slope. There's no spin at all.

Zaida James continues and she must be wondering quite how she hasn't got Danni Wyatt-Hodge yet.

After the drop in the first over, the England opener gets in a tangle and an inside edge just misses leg stump.

Next ball is even closer. Wyatt-Hodge is beaten all ends up but again it misses leg by a whisker.

To add to James' frustration, Wyatt-Hodge clubs the last ball high over the off side for four.

A third boundary for Sophia Dunkley completes the over.

Again she advances and the width is there for the right-hander to thump the ball between mid-off and extra cover for four.

Productive over for the home side.

Dunkley played that sumptuously for England's first boundary.

The second one was even easier.

    Lovely shot from Sophia Dunkley.

The England opener takes a couple of steps down the pitch and drives Jannillea Glasgow beautifully through extra cover for four.

Four more! Full toss this time and effortlessly put away by Dunkley.

Good over to start from Zaida James. Just a single from it and that came as a result of the dropped catch.

It was a good effort. She got herself in a bit of a pickle.

    Eng 1-0

Left-arm spin to start for West Indies with Zaida James - and it nearly works in the first over!

Tossed up by James and Danni Wyatt-Hodge, keen to get off the mark, goes after it but the timing just isn't there.

The ball loops into the offside and Jannillea Glasgow dives for the catch but can't quite hold on. Let off for England.
