  3. 'Darts in the best place it's ever been'published at 22:54 Greenwich Mean Time 14 March

    Result: Humphries 6-3 Aspinall

Night seven winner Luke Humphries: "Obviously two great performances in the first two games. Luke Littler is such an amazing player and Nathan did well to beat him.

"It wasn't the best final between us, we didn't play our best. But back-to-back nights in the Premier League is really tough so I'm proud to do that.

"In the first two games I think I was at my top level. Not in the final but all that matters is winning and being top of the Premier League. Leeds United have not been top of the Premier League for some time but I am!

"I've got a level where I feel comfortable around the 100-105 [average] mark. It doesn't happen all the time but it has recently.

"I think the sport is in the best place possible. We've got all these fantastic players. I think the sport is in the best place it's ever been, in my opinion. Hopefully the fans can get behind it because it's going to be an exciting few months."

On winning again next week: "I think I will. Dublin is going to be amazing. I think it has the best atmosphere and my family heritage is Irish so it's going to be amazing.

"This year I think 30 points will get you through to the semi-finals. I think it's going to be tight.

"Obviously I'd love to finish top but to finish in the top four is what I want. It's tough, I've got a lot to learn."
