Luke Humphries has the darts and starts where he left off last week - a 180 to begin.

Michael Smith's walk-on song 'Shut Up and Dance' by Walk the Moon always gets the crowd going - and tonight in Nottingham is no different.

I'd say it gets a bit more than 'Cake by the Ocean' by Dnce - Luke Humphries' song of choice - but there isn't much in it.

Luke Humphries, who won night six in Brighton, speaking to Sky Sports: "I don't feel any different, a bit more confident in myself.

"My performances in the past two or three weeks have been a better standard.

"Getting that first night win under your belt makes you more comfortable and more relaxed and I want to follow it up tonight."

Fresh from his first weekly win in Brighton, Luke Humphries faces the man he succeeded as world champion and beat in last week's final, Michael Smith.

Humphries could go top of the table with another weekly win and if he shows the form he did last week, he has every chance.

Smith may have lost in the final, but last week was also a welcome return to form for the 2023 world champ.

Bully Boy had suffered three quarter-final exits in a row prior to that.

He'll be hoping to add another weekly win after his success on the opening night in Cardiff.

Some excellent scoring with both players hitting five 180s.

Gerwyn Price had 11 140-plus visits as well and averaged 103.33 but it wasn't enough.

He hit just 20.8% of his darts at double and Peter Wright capitalised.

The Scot averaged 96.69 but had the advantage in terms of checkout percentage with 35.3% and that saw him through to the semis.
