Later, Fallon Sherrock will get her World Championship campaign under way against Ryan Meikle.

Her partner, Cameron Menzies, was beaten by Leonard Gates in his first-round match on Monday.

We love seeing the big names in action at the World Championship, but we also love stories like this.

The shock is on.

Rashad Sweeting had a three-dart average close to 70 in the first set - an average of 100 is generally considered to be world-class - but it was enough to get the job done.

He'll probably need to increase that as the match progresses, though.
