Dutch go a set and a break uppublished at 16:37 British Summer Time 4 September

    *Schroder/Vink 6-1 1-0 Lapthorne/Slade

What can the British pair do differently? They have been trying Andy Lapthorne forward with Greg Slade managing the back, but what can they mix up now.

Time for some high risk, high reward play and Greg Slade is really trying to be more aggressive – but he catches the ball late, and once more the ball sails long.

It is another break to the Dutch. Ominous.

There are plenty of friends and family at the Games supporting the athletes - and you can spot them around and about.

William Ellard is in action in the men's SM14 200m individual medley shortly, hoping to add to his freestyle and relay golds and butterfly silver.

Proud parents Lorna and David Ellard, who are wearing 'Go Will' t-shirts will be cheering him on loudly - "He might get a bronze - he needs to work on his breaststroke!" they told me.

Brits get a break back as they get on the boardpublished at 16:22 British Summer Time 4 September

    Schroder/Vink 4-1 Lapthorne/Slade*

Big test now for Greg Slade, who is now trying high-risk serves to try and paint the lines.

Andy Lapthorne is really working hard to encourage Slade on every point as he works hard to hold on to his opening serve.

The Dutch edge them in the longest game of the match so far, but hang on – suddenly their concentration lapses just enough to provide an opening.

The Brits target Schroder to good effect and the Brits have got one of the breaks back.

So the basics of Para-powerlifting... athletes may make three lifts during the competition and must increase the weight attempted by at least 1kg following a successful lift. Each athlete has three attempts at each lift.

The athlete producing the greatest result within the three lifts takes gold.

Zoe Newson is coming up and she's starting at 102kg...

Nail-biting stuff at the Bercy Arena.

Things have just heated up in the third quarter as GB grab a burst of points to narrow the deficit to 38-32.

But then GB can't find the net for several minutes, until some crucial points in the last minute of play put them just three behind with one quarter to go.

Dutch break for an early leadpublished at 16:09 British Summer Time 4 September

    Schroder/Vink 3-0 Lapthorne/Slade*

    An update from the tennis.

The Dutch are really targeting Greg Slade who has yet to find his range, sending the ball long early. Right decision as they comfortably take their opening game.

A little bit of nerves now from Andy Lapthorne, who is broken in his first service game.

The Dutch consolidate the break and are in the driving seat at the start of the first set.

Not the ideal start for the Brits.
