    Wheelchair basketball women's quarter-final - Great Britain 24-31 USA

This started off as a very tightly contested match, with one team scoring and the other levelling straight away.

For a moment the USA started to build a lead and assert their dominance, but with three minutes to go until half-time GB have dug deep to narrow the score to 23-22.

GB's Jade Atkin has been on fire racking up 10 points in total, before being subbed off.

USA are thriving off the pressure and find the net again to take them seven points ahead.

    The crowd are loving it!

  10. Super Movers for Every Bodypublished at 15:39 British Summer Time 4 September

Super Movers for Every Body is a new and exciting initiative for primary school pupils and their teachers from BBC Teach, the Premier League and ParalympicsGB.

Physical activity plays an important role in the healthy development of children, and taking part in PE and sports benefits children’s physical, mental and social well-being.

Currently 1.5 million children in England have special educational needs or are disabled, but only one in four disabled children take part in physical activity at school. Super Movers for Every Body is designed to tackle this issue and get everybody moving.

We want all children to enjoy being active, and we want disabled pupils to feel more included in sport at school, and to encourage sporting allies. We want to harness the power of sport and the passion for the Paralympic Games to introduce more inclusive sports to teachers and schools.

With inspiring films and resources produced with the help of the Premier League, ParalympicsGB, Activity Alliance, BBC Sport, Boccia England, Channel 4 and theYouth Sport Trust, we hope every primary school pupil can join in and take part in inclusive activities in PE and sport, at school and at home.

Watch our film to find out from Paralympians Hannah Cockroft, Ellie Simmonds and David Smith why inclusive sport and Super Movers for Every Body is so important.

Earlier today, ParalympicsGB's Alfie Hewett advanced to the men's singles semi-finals after beating the Netherlands' Ruben Spaaragaren 6-1 6-4 in the quarter-finals. Here's what he had to say after his win: "I knew I had to play well. I did that from the very first point. His level definitely improved at the end of the first [set] and caused a lot more problems, but I had the answers for them today.”

Hewett will play in the doubles semi-final later today - when asked how he controls his energy levels when playing two matches in a day he said: "I definitely leave it all out there, in the moment, and then deal with the energy later.

"You saw that at Wimbledon this year, with that marathon match against Gustavo Fernandez in the semis and then a few hours later, I was back on playing doubles, and the tank was on empty then. So I know what I'm capable of.

“In all events like this, which are longer, you want to try and conserve as much energy in the matches, but you can only do that through good performances. So far, so good.”
