Truro City boss Lee Hodges says his side's defence must improve after their 3-0 defeat at Tonbridge Angels in the Blue Square Bet South.

Frannie Collin opened the scoring five minutes before half time and Mikel Suarez got a second five minutes after the break to put Tonbridge in control.

Lee Browning rounded off the win with the third five minutes from the end.

"We've conceded too many goals all season, that's been our major problem," Hodges told BBC Radio Cornwall.

"We can create chances and score goals, that's not been our problem, our problem's been keeping it out."

Truro are seven points above the relegation zone in the Blue Square Bet South and face a trip to seventh-placed Basingstoke on Tuesday night.
