Gus Williams resigns from Colwyn Bay role

Gus Williams has resigned as Colwyn Bay manager after the club's relegation from the Conference North.

Williams was appointed Bay manager until the end of the season in January following the departure of ex-Chelsea and Leicester City defender Frank Sinclair.

Former Llangefni Town boss Williams has stepped down due to his Welsh Football Trust commitments.

Bay were relegated on the final day of the season on goal difference.

They had spent four seasons in the Conference North.
