Derby County midfielder John Eustace is to leave the club after they decided not to offer him a new deal.

The 35-year-old, whose contract with the Championship club expires at the end of June, made 14 appearances in all competitions for the Rams last season.

He was sent off in what proved to be his last game for Derby, against Ipswich in January, before a knee injury ruled him out for the season.

The ex-Stoke and Watford man signed for the Rams on a free transfer in 2013.

He previously had a loan spell at Derby in 2009.
