Celtic and Rangers will both host Roma in the Europa League following Friday's league phase draw.

Rangers meet two Portuguese sides, with a trip to Porto and Braga coming to Ibrox.

Celtic have visits to Feyenoord and Bologna among their eight matches, while Braga will have a second tie in Glasgow.

The Old Firm rivals also take on Sturm Graz, with Celtic at home and Rangers going to Austria.

Aberdeen take part in the Conference League and have games against Shakhtar Donetsk, Sparta Prague, Strasbourg and AEK Athens in their six contests.

Fixture dates are expected to be confirmed over the weekend.

The top eight sides go straight into the last 16 of both competitions, with the next 16 going into play-offs for the remaining eight spots.

Both Glasgow clubs started in Champions League qualifying, with Celtic losing out to Kairat in the play-off round and Rangers beaten by Club Brugge after wins over Panathinaikos and Viktoria Plzen.

Rangers got to the Europa League final in 2022 and reached the quarter finals last season where they lost to Athletic Bilbao.

Celtic's most recent involvement in Uefa's second tier tournament came in season 2021-22 when they finished behind Bayer Leverkusen and Real Betis in their group.

Scottish Cup winners Aberdeen fell out of Europa League qualifying after losing to FCSB of Bucharest.
