Eastleigh made it seven points from a possible nine under new manager Scott Bartlett with a win at struggling Truro in the National League.
Bartlett has tightened up the team defensively and this was their second clean sheet in his three games in charge having kept just one in their previous nine.
That dashed the home side's hopes of building on Saturday's first win in six league matches with Temi Eweka striking five minutes before half-time for his second goal of the season.
In first-half added time Jake Vokins' inviting cross was converted by Aaron Blair for his third in the last four.
