  1. 'Maanum can dictate what happens'published at 19:49 BST 12 September

    West Ham 1-0 Arsenal

    Emma Byrne
Former Arsenal and Brighton goalkeeper on Sky Sports

Good play from Frida Maanum. That's twice now she has got into a good position.

If they can find her more frequently and get her on the ball more often in those number 10 areas, she can dictate what happens in there tonight.

  2. Postpublished at 19:49 BST 12 September

    West Ham 1-0 Arsenal

Arsenal have a corner. The delivery is cleared but only to the edge of the area where Beth Mead is charging in, but a West Ham players boots the ball clear just in time.

  3. Postpublished at 19:48 BST 12 September

    Man City 0-1 Brighton

It had been coming for the visitors in fairness.

They've only ever beaten Man City once in the WSL (P13, L11, D1, W1), but that's a great start towards claiming the second one.

  4. 'Really good finish'published at 19:47 BST 12 September

    Man City 0-1 Brighton

    Courtney Sweetman-Kirk
Ex-Sheffield United forward on Sky Sports

It's brilliant work. Brighton keep it alive, I love the way Fran Kirby keeps going, she keeps her run going and it's a really good finish. Touch and swivel across the goalkeeper and into the side netting. Brilliant goal.

  5. 'The perfect start for West Ham'published at 19:47 BST 12 September

    West Ham 1-0 Arsenal

    Emma Byrne
Former Arsenal and Brighton goalkeeper on Sky Sports

This is the perfect start for West Ham. The game plan you would have against Arsenal would be to sit in, defend and try to narrow the gaps through the central areas specifically.

They can do that now, without really even having to push forward. Their game plan is working and you can see them sucking the Arsenal players in.

West Ham are finding those little gaps to get it out to the other side but the players aren't quite getting out there quick enough to support.

  6. Postpublished at 19:45 BST 12 September

    West Ham 1-0 Arsenal

A worry for Arsenal as suddenly Riko Ueki is in on the left but, to the relief of the visitors, the flag goes up for offside.

  7. goal

GOAL - Man City 0-1 Brightonpublished at 19:44 BST 12 September

    Fran Kirby (14 mins)

    Brighton break the deadlock!

Michelle Agyemang takes aim from the edge of the box and sees her shot parried back into the danger zone by Khiara Keating.

Rachel McLauchlan picks it up and unselfishly squares for Fran Kirby to sweep home into the far bottom corner.

  8. CLOSE!published at 19:43 BST 12 September

    Man City 0-0 Brighton

Bunny Shaw receives the ball to goal, turns and plays a wonderfully delicate through ball forward for Vivianne Miedema to chase.

She's favourite to reach it and get a shot away but Brighton stopper Chiamaka Nnadozie does well to smother the danger.

  9. Postpublished at 19:41 BST 12 September

    West Ham 1-0 Arsenal

Arsenal are looking to respond to that setback quickly and attack down the right before Beth Mead's ball into the box is cleared.

  10. 'Van Domselaar just took her eye off the ball'published at 19:40 BST 12 September

    West Ham 1-0 Arsenal

    Emma Byrne
Former Arsenal and Brighton goalkeeper on Sky Sports

That was a bit of a shocker wasn't it, let's be honest.

As soon as Shekiera Martinez hit that, I was wondering what she was doing and I was thinking what a terrible cross it was. It just looped in and Daphne van Domselaar just took her eye off the ball.

The Arsenal goalkeeper will be really, really disappointed with that.

  11. Postpublished at 19:40 BST 12 September

    Man City 0-0 Brighton

Greenwood is left shaking her head as an awful back pass causes her to miscontrol behind for a Brighton corner.

The subsequent delivery is poor though and the chance is lost.

  12. Postpublished at 19:38 BST 12 September

    Man City 0-0 Brighton

Brighton are gaining in confidence and are popping the ball about quite nicely.

Fran Kirby tries a quick give and go with Madison Haley on the edge of the box but City skipper Alex Greenwood reads it expertly to cut it out.

  13. Postpublished at 19:36 BST 12 September

    Man City 0-0 Brighton

Finally a chance for Brighton to get forward after that early City seige.

They press the hosts high to force a mistake from Khiara Keating, yet Jelena Cankovic's long range effort sails over the corner of post and bar.

  14. goal

GOAL - West Ham 1-0 Arsenalpublished at 19:36 BST 12 September

Daphne Van Domselaar OG (5 mins)

    Where did that come from?

West Ham attack for the first time and a hopeful ball into the box by Shekiera Martinez catches out Daphne Van Domselaar, as she fumbles her catch onto the post and the ball then goes in off her head.

An awkward own goal, but the conditions are tough tonight with heavy rain.

  15. Postpublished at 19:35 BST 12 September

    West Ham 0-0 Arsenal

A nice move almost comes off for Arsenal as they open up the West Ham defence with some quick passing, but a ball to put through Beth Mead has too much on it.

Where is Chloe Kelly please?? I brought her into my Fantasy team half an hour ago...

    Dave, Devon

    Is Chloe Kelly injured tonight?

    Leigh, Hertfordshire

Arsenal boss Renee Slegers was asked about Chloe Kelly's exclusion pre-match and told Sky Sports: "She has a little knock. She wasn't fully ready for today but hopefully she is back soon."

  17. Postpublished at 19:33 BST 12 September

    West Ham 0-0 Arsenal

Arsenal have West Ham firmly under pressure in these early stages. They are passing the ball around nicely.

  18. Postpublished at 19:33 BST 12 September

    Man City 0-0 Brighton

We're yet to close out the second minute at Joie Stadium and the hosts have just spurned another great chance.

Bunny Shaw pulls out wide to the right before picking out strike partner Vivianne Miedema in the middle but she can't find the target.

  19. CLOSE!published at 19:31 BST 12 September

    Man City 0-0 Brighton

Almost the perfect start for City as the ball drops to Imane Beney in the box.

She goes for the first time shot but it's straight at Chiamaka Nnadozie.
