Portsmouth's players are booed off by the travelling supporters as the whistle is blown. It just didn't work for them in the first half.

This time around both players are able to continue.

But on this cold, cold night, both teams are seeming to struggle.

That's the end of the first half in this one. It's been a good opening 45 from Wycombe, put a poor display from the visitors.

Portsmouth started well but quickly tailed off and didn't manage to find any way back into contention.

It's been sloppy in defence from Pompey and lacklustre up top. Wycombe are comfortable and cruising.

Another player goes down as West Ham goalkeeper Lukaz Fabianski collects a cross and inadvertently catches Amadou Onana.

While the substitute gets some treatment, West Ham's Crysencio Summerville also hits the deck.

Very little action in the first half, but a lot of injuries.

As Edson Alvarez goes in Tyrone Mings just does enough to force the shot over the bar.

Three minutes added at the end of the first half. Wycombe's lead is comfortable - they're managing the game well and Portsmouth just aren't getting anywhere near finding a way back.

West Ham win a wide free-kick which Crysencio Summerville launches into the box. It's headed behind for a corner.

That set-piece then drops for Edson Alverez but he shins it well wide.

Nearly 3-0! Wycombe play through Portsmouth so easily, getting in down the right-hand side.

The ball ends up with Luke Leahy on the edge of the box but his curling effort goes narrowly wide of the far post.

We've hardly played any football over the last 10 minutes. Now Aston Villa's Leon Bailey stays down after getting caught by Lucas Paqueta.

He will be OK to continue. In fact, he's now back on his feet now.

The Portsmouth fans aren't impressed with this. We've just had the "we've had a shot" chant brought out by the travelling supporters.

Portsmouth aren't letting this one go and have seen the momentum swing in their favour, but things aren't coming off in the final third.

They've misplaced a few passes and Wycombe's defence are pressing them well to win the ball back.

Yep. Ross Barkley off, Amadou Onana on.

Both sides have now lost a player to injury and we've only played 23 minutes!

Barkley went down off the ball and is now shaking his head. Villa are readying a substitute.

Another player down, this time it's Ross Barkley clutching his ankle.

He'll get a visit from the magic sponge but it looks like he'll probably be OK to continue.

Graham Potter has only had a few hours working with the West Ham team, but they do seem to be far more organised off the ball.

Aston Villa have really struggled going forward.
