It looked a poor challenge straight away.

Oh dear... the mountain Wycombe had to climb just got a whole lot higher.

This is an awful tackle from Xavier Simons. He comes crashing into a sliding challenge on Ethan Laird deep inside the Birmingham half and he's shown a straight red.

Wycombe get themselves a corner on the left and it's looped to the back stick. Ryan Allsop comes out of the Birmingham goal and let's it slip but it falls safely away.

Salford are in front courtesy of a Francis Okoronkwo strike on the half-hour mark.

Bradford have controlled possession but haven't been clinical enough.

Salford have found success on the counter-attack.

We're into five added minutes at the end of the first half - most of which comes due to Wycombe full-back Dan Harvie's injury early on.

Competitive, bitty, scrappy - pretty nondescript stuff to be honest.

Jay Rodriguez and Sam Smith have both seen efforts fly over the bar.

Jordi Osei-Tutu did strike the bar for Bolton but had it been on target you felt Arthur Okonkwo had it covered.

Michael Mellon comes close to equalising for Bradford, his low effort forces a strong save from Jamie Jones in the Salford goal.

Eoghan O'Connell stumbles and Jordi Osei-Tutu sprints away down the left for Bolton.

Sam Smith has the ball taken away from him as he prepares to shoot but the loose ball drops to Seb Revan whose goalbound effort is well blocked by Will Forrester.
