Raheem Sterling was one of the ones we were anxious to see. In spells he was excellent.

His involvement in two of the goals was probably the best football we have seen from him all season, and we are nearing the end of the season, so it has been a long time coming.

What an impact Marco Asensio had coming off the bench.

He looks comfortable in that he'll still apply himself in a top level, having not started, and I know he's come wanting to play more football but the role he's playing is incredible for the team.

That's credit to the manager because he's made the environment where people come to Aston Villa and feel happy to play football.

Marcus Rashford looks fresher and looks like he's enjoying himself. They've got to make the most of it and enjoy the moment.

Aston Villa made light work of 10-man Club Brugge earlier on, as this is how they did it.

Look at the positions of Mbappe and Vinicius Junior there. Both of them hang back at the edge of the box and no one is gambling. Fede Valverde does everything right and that ball should be tapped in the net.

Fede Valverde puts a cross in the danger area but all of his teammates are caught on their heels and the change goes begging.

Valverde is clearly not impressed by the lack of urgency.
