    Celtic 0-1 Braga

Amine El Ouazzani wraps his foot round an effort, but it's just wide of the far post.

    That was close.

The change to a back three does allow Celtic to change something to see if the opposition react.

They've certainly got to get a hold of the ball and try to get back into it.

  3. Postpublished at 47 mins

    Celtic 0-1 Braga

It opens up for Kelechi Iheanacho to have a shot or tee up Sebastian Tounekti for a clear chance.

    He does neither.

  4. Postpublished at 47 mins

    Celtic 0-1 Braga

Eh, and Daizen Maeda is playing right-wing back.

  5. Celtic change to a back threepublished at 18:49 BST

No surprise to see Celtic make a big change.

They've gone to a back three by the looks of things.

Colby Donovan has been subbed, no huge surprise there either.

Marcelo Saracchi has come on, with Kieran Tierney moving to the left side of a back three.

Braga made a change too, Da Rocha replaced by Victor Gomez.

  7. As bad as Celtic have been since... Kairatpublished at 18:48 BST

Another goalless half from Celtic and this one was really, really abject.

Seven touches in the Braga box - five of them from the admirable Sebastian Tounekti - and none of them from Kelechi Iheanacho, Benjamin Nygren and Daizen Maeda.

It's a non-performance from Brendan Rodgers' team. As for the goal. Great strike, awful goalkeeping. Schmeichel has also given the ball away three times. It can only get better, right?

The "fans" talk about the board but Rodgers has spent money at times on players who don’t deliver - also his team are obsessed with sideways or back passes - all very familiar with how his previous tenure went... dull, slow and ineffective.

    Iain

    Celtic dreadful. Changes needed quick.

    Mick

The Celtic midfield is so slow. No urgency in the build-up, seem to be defensively minded with so much back & cross-field passing. Very poor.

  11. 'Rodgers must change something'published at 18:40 BST

    HT: Celtic 0-1 Braga

    Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

Celtic have to do something because Braga have dominated since the goal and look very menacing on the attack.

  12. Boos ring roundpublished at 18:38 BST

    HT: Celtic 0-1 Braga

Boos greet the half-time whistle, very unsurprisingly.

Celtic have been poor, with the exception of the first 10 minutes or so.

Thereafter, Braga sorted themselves out, exploited the vast spaces Celtic were offering them and gratefully accepted Kasper Schmeichel's meek effort to keep out Ricardo Horta's speculative long-range effort.

The Scottish champions will need to be much, much better after the break if they're to ignite their Europa League campaign.

Steady start in our first helping of half-time booing tonight from the Celtic support.

Their team have not been very good.

  15. Celtic scramblingpublished at 18:32 BST

    Celtic 0-1 Braga

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Celtic Park

Celtic are scrambling to get to half-time just the one goal down.

Tells you all you need to know about the first 45. Not good at all from a home point of view.

Credit to Braga, they've been good.

  16. Postpublished at 45+1 mins

Ooft, Celtic get away with another one.

It's Florian Grillitsch again, he has two close-range goal-bound shots blocked.

  17. Postpublished at 44 mins

    Celtic 0-1 Braga

Braga look for a second as Florian Grillitsch smashes one from the edge of the box, but Kasper Schmeichel tips over and Celtic deal with the corner.

  18. Postpublished at 43 mins

    Celtic 0-1 Braga

Kasper Schmeichel boots a ball from his own box all the way out for a Braga goal kick.

Does that count as a shot?

  19. Braga enjoying themselvespublished at 18:28 BST

    Celtic 0-1 Braga

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Celtic Park

Braga haven't had a great start to the season in Portugal, lying in 7th place currently.

They're enjoying themselves in Glasgow, however, and in the Europa League in general, with their 1-0 defeat of Feyenoord their only victory in their past five matches.

They're on course for all three points at the moment.
