    Rangers 3-0 Ross County

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Ibrox

We've played 35 minutes. The aggregate score in this and the previous two league encounters? 12-0.

This could be as many as Rangers want if County aren't careful.

  2. Off the wall and inpublished at 15:38 Greenwich Mean Time

    Rangers 3-0 Ross County

The free-kick from which Rangers scored their second goal. Ianis Hagi's shot took a big deflection before finding the net.

  3. Idah relishing starting rolepublished at 15:37 Greenwich Mean Time

    Motherwell 1-2 Celtic

    Martin Dowden
    BBC Scotland at Fir Park

That was another lovely move from Celtic to re-establish their lead.

Adam Idah looks a different proposition with the responsibility of starting now his after Kyogo Furuhashi's departure.

The Irishman got to exactly where strikers should and finished off Maeda's square ball from close range.

That will do wonders for his confidence, which looked shattered not too long ago.

  4. goal

GOAL Rangers 3-0 Ross Countypublished at 15:36 Greenwich Mean Time

    John Souttar

    It's all over now!

John Souttar scores his first goal of the season and emulates his feat of netting against Ross County last season.

The returning Scotland defender, making his first start of 2025, latched on to Nico Raskin's header following Ianis Hagi's corner and applied a confident finish.

VAR checked for offside but the goal stands and Rangers are on easy street.

  5. CLOSE!published at 15:35 Greenwich Mean Time

    Motherwell 1-2 Celtic

    Motherwell almost equalise immediately!

Celtic are caught napping at the back as Tawanda Maswanise finds himself through on goal.

However, the Zimbabwe forward drags his shot wide of Kasper Schmeichel's goal.

  6. 'Tis (not) not the seasonpublished at 15:33 Greenwich Mean Time

    Rangers 2-0 Ross County

Is this what you do with your weekends during the off season, Mr Claus?

Christmas has certainly come particularly early for Rangers this year with that Ianis Hagi strike.

  7. 'Hagi's goal'published at 15:31 Greenwich Mean Time

    Rangers 2-0 Ross County

    Steven Thompson
Former Rangers striker on BBC Sportsound

He hits the free-kick well, it's going into the wall. It was going on target, so he will be credited with the goal.

  8. Game over already?published at 15:31 Greenwich Mean Time

    Rangers 2-0 Ross County

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Ibrox

It's cruel on Ross County, as the deflection off the top of the wall completely wrong-foots keeper Jordan Amissah from Ianis Hagi's whipped free-kick.

That's 11-0 to Rangers over County in the two and a quarter meetings between these sides this season.

Surely the points are secure as Rangers continue their good recent run of form?

  9. goal

GOAL Motherwell 1-2 Celticpublished at 15:30 Greenwich Mean Time

    Adam Idah

Well, that didn't last long. Celtic back in front!

A beautiful first-time passing move involving Reo Hatate, Luke McCowan and Daizen Maeda is finished off by Adam Idah for his 11th goal of the season.

    Who needs Kyogo, eh?

  10. goal

GOAL Rangers 2-0 Ross Countypublished at 15:27 Greenwich Mean Time

    Ianis Hagi

Wicked deflection and it's cruel for County - game over after 26 minutes?

When it's going for you, it's going for you and after being in the right place at the right time for the first, Ianis Hagi gets a bit of luck with his second.

It's a free-kick in a fairly central position, slightly left and Hagi's shot comes off the head of Jonathan Tomkinson to wrong foot goalkeeper Jordan Amissah, who can only watch as the ball goes into the right corner.

  11. 'Hagi was sharpest'published at 15:26 Greenwich Mean Time

    Rangers 1-0 Ross County

    Steven Thompson
Former Rangers striker on BBC Sportsound

How many times have we seen that from Cerny, cutting in from the right into his left foot?

He gets the shot away. Goalkeeper can do better. He palms it out into the middle of the six-yard box and Hagi was sharpest, first on to it to tuck it away from only a couple of yards.

  12. goal

GOAL Motherwell 1-1 Celticpublished at 15:24 Greenwich Mean Time

    Luke Armstrong

Luke Armstrong marks his first start with a surprise equaliser!

Dom Thompson produces yet another dangerous delivery that Auston Trusty fails the clear.

The American then knocks the ball directly into the path of the striker on loan from Calisle United and he smashes the ball home for his first Motherwell goal!

  13. Cowie can't hide his frustrationpublished at 15:23 Greenwich Mean Time

    Rangers 1-0 Ross County

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Ibrox

Visiting manager Don Cowie headed from the edge of the pitch back to the bench, visibly frustrated by the way Vaclav Cerny was allowed to cut inside and get his show away.

It was then flapped straight to Ianis Hagi by keeper Jordan Amissah. Pretty sure the Staggies boss will have warned his defenders that Cerny has been coming inside, with great success, all season long.

  14. goal

GOAL Rangers 1-0 Ross Countypublished at 15:19 Greenwich Mean Time

    Ianis Hagi

And it's Rangers' turn to get off the mark early!

Vaclav Cerny cuts in from the right and shoots low, German goalkeeper Jordan Amissah can only parry and Ianis Hagi is on hand to slot in the rebound and score his second goal of the season.

Connor Randall will have to mind his Ps and Qs for at least 82 minutes.

The County midfielder is booked for the clearest shirt-pull (on Jefte) I've ever seen in my life.

  18. CLOSE!published at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time

    Motherwell 0-1 Celtic

Dom Thompson whips a wicked in-swinging corner into the Celtic penalty box, but there is too much pace on the ball for any of his intended targets to make a connection.

Stephen O'Donnell is the closest at the back post. All it needed was a touch!

  20. Postpublished at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time

    Rangers 0-0 Ross County

Rangers are seeing plenty of the ball early on - but not much in the way of chances.

Inspired by his goal the other night, midfielder Nico Raskin has a free header at a corner, but the ball came back off a team-mate in a crowded area.
