    Bradford 0-0 Colchester

A long Bradford pass looks destined to go out of play but Tayo Adaramola has quick feet to keep it into play.

His flick is well controlled and he gets himself on the ball.

Though Colchester get it away again and it's almost a shame that a move like that falls so flat.

  2. 'There's a little bit of nerves'published at 15:11 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March

    Wrexham 0-0 Stockport

    Joe Bunney
    Former Rochdale and Stockport defender

The game has started really scrappy but hopefully it'll settle down now.

There's a little bit of nerves because of the stature of the game, it's unable to settle.

    Peterborough 0-0 Charlton

More Jones-on-Jones, this time it's an unfortunate clash of heads with Ricky-Jade coming off the worse in an aerial clash with Lloyd and will need a spot of treatment.

The first goal in the EFL this weekend goes to Cambridge!

James Brophy strides through and arrows one into the bottom corner for his first goal of the season.

No one saw this scoreline coming, not least Barnsley.

  5. 'A lively and competitive feel to the game'published at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March

    Peterborough 0-0 Charlton

    Paul Mortimer
Former Charlton midfielder on BBC Radio London

Peterborough are open, they're spread out and they've made the pitch wide and big.

It's a really lovely lively and competitive feel to the game.

Both teams are saying are you good enough to break us down?

  6. Postpublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March

    Wrexham 0-0 Stockport

Ryan Longman swings in an inviting far-post cross for the hosts but with James McClean waiting to turn in a volley, the ball is flicked behind by some alert defending from Kyle Knoyle.

Bright start in the Welsh sunshine.

  7. Postpublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March

    Bradford 0-0 Colchester

Tayo Adaramola steals possession in his own half but it bounces away from the Bradford left-back and into the path of Harry Anderson.

Anderson gets off his second shot of the day but again, a Bradford foot sees it denied from it's target.

The visitors later pick up a free kick which is struck forward into Lyle Taylor but the striker is prevented from an early goal.

The U's are off to an incredible start.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:06 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March

    Peterborough 0-0 Charlton

It's Jones-on-Jones violence as Charlton's Lloyd unceremoniously hauls down Ricky-Jade of the hosts out wide, earning him a very early caution.

  9. CLOSE!published at 15:05 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March

    Peterborough 0-0 Charlton

A gorgeous reverse pass into the box from Tyreece Campbell finds former Posh forward Matty Godden but his low effort from an angle flicks off a defender and past the far post.

From the resultant corner from Luke Berrt Lloyd Jones rises highest but his looping header back across goal comes back off the face of the crossbar.

    Blistering start from the visitors...

    Bradford 0-0 Colchester

    Wow.

Colchester won't allow anyone to catch their breath.

The visitors launch towards goal and Harry Anderson already unleashes a shot with not even a minute on the clock.

It's blocked to head out of play but already this game looks like it could be a thriller.

  11. Postpublished at 15:03 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March

    Wrexham 0-0 Stockport

Just for a moment is looked like Stockport's Brad Hills might unleash a thunderous volley from just outside the Wrexham box, but his effort crashes into a defender and loops away.

    Wrexham v Stockport (15:00 GMT)

    Wrexham XIImage source, Opta

After beating Wycombe 1-0 last Saturday, Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson has perhaps unsurprisingly opted to name an unchanged XI for the visit of Stockport.

Dave Challinor has made three changes from the County side which won 1-0 at Bolton last time out.

Ibou Touray, Callum Connolly and Kyle Wootton return to the side with Ryan Rydel, Oli Norwood and Benony Andresson making way, with Norwood named among the subs.

    Posh XIImage source, Opta

Darren Ferguson has made three changes to the Posh side which beat Cambridge United 1-0 in the derby last weekend.

Ricky-Jade Jones, Mahamadou Susoho and Harley Mills come in with Adetayo Edun suspended after his red-card against Cambridge and Hector Kyprianou and Bradley Ihionvien also missing out.

Clearly no visits to coffee shops or shopping centres in the Charlton ranks this week as Nathan Jones has named an unchanged XI from the one which overcame Wigan 2-1 at The Valley last Saturday.

Having been unveiled this morning, veteran keeper Dean Bouzanis is on the bench, but Miles Leaburn misses out with a thigh injury.

Graham Alexander has made a trio of changes to the Bradford team that lost to Tranmere.

Calum Kavanagh, Tyreik Wright and Romoney Crichlow all come into the starting XI, with Jamie Walker, Jack Shepherd and Michael Mellon making way.

Colchester are on a run, so Danny Cowley names an unchanged side as the U's attempt to make it six wins on the spin.

In even better news, Anthony Scully and Kane Vincent-Young have returned to the bench after injuries.

  17. One Gills change; Sadlers swap out fivepublished at 14:53 Greenwich Mean Time 22 March

    Gillingham v Walsall (15:00 GMT)

    Gillingham XIImage source, Opta

Gilllingham make one change from the side which drew with Accrington. Elliott Nevitt comes in up front for Oli Hawkins.

Harry Williams, Ryan Stirk, Nathan Asiimwe, Charlie Lakin and Albert Adomah all come in for Walsall after the draw with Bromley. For Charlton loanee Asiimwe, it is his first start for the Sadlers.

The five to exit have different reasons for not featuring. David Okagbue and Liam Gordon are on international duties, Connor Barrett is suspended, Ellis Harrison is injured and Brandon Comley simply drops to the bench.

The promotion race which seemingly nobody wants to win rumbles on this afternoon.

Leaders Walsall, winless in five, head to Gillingham seeking to at least maintain their three-point advantage at the top.

Bradford, who have lost their past two, entertain the division’s hottest team, Colchester, in front of what could be a record Valley Parade crowd, with Danny Cowley’s men looking for a sixth-straight win to tighten their own grip on a play-off place.

Notts County and Crewe shared the points at Meadow Lane at lunchtime with the Magpies missing out on a return to the automatic promotion places and are now on a run of five points from their past six games.

AFC Wimbledon have taken eight from their past seven but could go second with a home win over Barrow while Doncaster, winless in three, are not in action this weekend.

Will it be AFC Wimbledon or Port Vale who will join Walsall and Bradford in the automatic places come 17:00 GMT?

Notts County failed to jump into the top three earlier, now AFC Wimbledon aim to win back-to-back matches for the first time since early February when they host Barrow. The Dons currently sit in third, and could leapfrog Bradford in second.

Port Vale - with one defeat in 13 - will mount their charge against relegation-threatened, and the worst away side in the division Morecambe, who have only scored twice on the road in their last seven trips.

The fight at the bottom is hotting up as well with Tranmere winning their last two to make it four without a loss. That has allowed them to build up a six-point buffer to Morecambe ahead of their meeting with Fleetwood.

Carlisle are nine points from the safety line, with a game in hand, but Mark Hughes is "convinced" he can keep United up. They host Bromley hoping to end a 12-league-game winless streak against London clubs.

Accrington and Harrogate both have 10-point leads over the relegation zone ahead of their respective clashes with Swindon and Chesterfield.

While, play-off hopefuls Grimsby host Newport and MK Dons head to Cheltenham.
