    Everton 0-1 London City

    Nia Jones
Former Wales international on Sky Sports

It's a brilliant finish from the young striker who will have been itching to get off the mark in the WSL. She was prolific for them last season. She is leading the line of this new exciting team and what a finish this is. They have looked so dangerous from set pieces and they deserve it.

    Tottenham 0-0 Man City

    Courtney Sweetman-Kirk

She's got a bit of everything, Bunny Shaw. You can play it into her but also she can run in behind as well. That's why it is so hard to play against her.

Good high press from City early on but Spurs are switched on.

They've had a solid defence this year so it will be interesting to see how they deal with the visitors' high line.

I love how unknown the first games of London City Lionesses are - first time time playing each team. That should make the second round of matches more interesting! Supporting Everton tonight - my twin Carie-Louise is an Everton fan!
