Match Facts

  • This will be the 14th time that Bodø/Glimt have faced an Italian opponent in Europe (P13 W4 D1 L8), although the first time that they have come up against Juventus, despite facing six different Italian sides to date.

  • Juventus will face a Norwegian opponent in European competition for the first time since the 2001-02 campaign – they drew 1-1 away to Rosenborg, before beating them 1-0 on home soil in the group stage that season.

  • All four of Juventus’ away games against Norwegian opposition in Europe have ended in draws, and all by the same 1-1 scoreline (v Kongsvinger IL in 1993 and three times v Rosenborg between 1997 and 2001).

  • Bodø/Glimt are still looking for their first victory in the UEFA Champions League (P4 D2 L2). Of the 10 previous meetings between Norwegian and Italian sides in the competition, only one has been won by the side from Norway (Rosenborg 2-1 Milan in December 1996 – D4 L5 otherwise).

  • Juventus are winless in their last five UEFA Champions League games (D3 L2), while failing to win their first four in the 2025-26 edition (D3 L1). They last went six without a victory in the competition between April and November 2013 (6), under Antonio Conte.

  • Juventus have recorded just one victory in their last 12 away matches in the UEFA Champions League (D5 L6), with that lone win coming at RB Leipzig in October 2024 (3-2). They had won five of their six away games in the competition prior to these last 12 (L1).

  • Bodø/Glimt haven’t won any of their last seven matches in major European competition (D2 L5). If they fail to win here, they will equal their longest such winless streak, last going eight without a victory between October 2022 and October 2023 (8).

  • Since keeping three clean sheets in a row between November 2024 and January this year (0-0 v Aston Villa, 2-0 v Manchester City and 0-0 v Club Brugge), Juventus have conceded in seven consecutive UEFA Champions League matches, at an average of two per game (14 in total).

  • Dusan Vlahovic is the only Juventus player with multiple goals in the UEFA Champions League this season (3). If he scores here, he will become the eighth Juventus player to reach double figures for goals in the competition (currently on 9), and first since Álvaro Morata in November 2020.

  • Bodø/Glimt’s Jens Petter Hauge has completed the most dribbles of any player in the UEFA Champions League this season (18), while he also ranks joint-first for chances created following a carry (7), along with Kylian Mbappé.
