Simon Murray's hat-trick helped Dundee defeat Inverness Caledonian Thistle 6-0 and win Scottish League Cup Group D with a perfect record.
Dundee were well on their way into Sunday's last-16 draw as early as the first minute as Murray converting from close range. He made it two from similar range on 18 minutes and was toasting his treble before the half-hour with a central strike.
That put Dundee 4-0 up as Seb Palmer-Houlden had struck with his left foot and he got his second with his right before the break.
Antonio Portales headed the final goal of the contest with 11 minutes remaining.
Dundee open their Scottish Premiership account against city rivals Dundee United at Tannadice next Sunday (13:30).
