    Despite his medium and long-term struggles, Rasmus Hojlund has looked very good so far tonight. Looking sharp, strong and keeping both Real Sociedad centre-backs occupied. United need to get the ball into his feet and get runners off him.

    All credit to Son Heung-min, he closes down AZ defender Wouter Goes on the left and produces a vital block to get the ball, it drops for Dominic Solanke and he in turn lays it off for Wilson Odobert, who hits it first time into the top of the net.
