  2. Sutton's predictionspublished at 16:26 Greenwich Mean Time 26 January

Bristol City v Nottingham Forest (19:45 GMT)

    Chris Sutton's predictions graphic

This week, BBC Football expert Chris Sutton is taking on Justin and Arni from indie band The Vaccines to predict the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Nottingham Forest travel to Bristol City tonight for a 19:45 GMT kick-off.

    Sutton's prediction: 1-0

Nottingham Forest are another team who have been depleted by injuries and absences at the Africa Cup of Nations, and I am sure Tuesday's Premier League game against Arsenal will be on Nuno Espirito Santo's mind.

Forest's desperation to stay up may supersede FA Cup progress for them, and I would not be surprised if Nuno Espirito Santo makes changes, which is why I am going for an upset here.

Bristol City were a little fortunate to beat West Ham in round three but they are at home here and they will be confident of a repeat result.

    Arni's prediction: 1-0

Bristol City have already caused one massive upset in round three and that is going to give them the momentum to get another result here.

    Justin's prediction: 1-1

We are going to both cities on tour so I am going to go for a draw - 1-1 and Forest to win the replay.

The Shut Up and Show More Football team have been discussing Forest's recent defensive frailties in the latest episode of the podcast.

Since Nuno Espirito Santo's arrival, they have scored at least twice and conceded at least once in all six games - including last weekend's 3-2 defeat at Brentford.

"Forest have scored a fair few early goals and they have taken the lead in a lot of matches," said BBC Radio Nottingham's Colin Fray. "Something is going right in there.

"Obviously the problem at the moment is, yes they're scoring and yes they're scoring early, but they're unable to keep those leads. They have lost 19 points from leading positions.

"Clearly the issues are more defensive than offensive."

David Jackson added: "It's remarkable that they scored one goal in four games before Nuno arrived and suddenly they're scoring at least two a game. Even without the likes of Anthony Elanga, Morgan Gibbs-White and Taiwo Awoniyi.

"If you're scoring two goals away from home in a Premier League game, you should be coming away with something.

"It's not good defending generally from Forest and they make a lot of mistakes. Nuno knows it, and he knows that's where he has got to improve."

Jurgen Klopp leaving whilst extremely sad was also inevitable. It was going to happen eventually. Is the timing great for the club and the fans, no, however this is a personal decision and you have to respect him for being up front and honest. You have a cold heart if you do not feel empathy for him. The fact that it’s announced early has its good and its bad sides. Good side will allow the club to get the recruitment of a new Manager started and hopefully concluded in plenty of time. The down side however could be it has a negative impact on the clubs transfer business. Let’s be honest, Klopp as manager is a huge draw for players, his success and his style. This going away, for me, puts a huge question mark on transfer business. What it does do however, in my opinion, is shut down the ludicrous Mbappe to Liverpool talk. Thank you Jurgen for bring hope, belief and success back to the club! You will be missed but and we all wish you the very best for you!!

  6. Sutton's predictionspublished at 16:19 Greenwich Mean Time 26 January

Chelsea v Aston Villa (19:45 GMT)

    Chris Sutton's predictions graphic

This week, BBC Football expert Chris Sutton is taking on Justin and Arni from indie band The Vaccines to predict the fourth round of the FA Cup.

On Friday, it's an all-Premier League tie between Chelsea and Aston Villa (19:45 GMT).

    Sutton's prediction: 2-1

The cups offer a way for Chelsea to save their season, and they are already in the final of the Carabao Cup after beating Middlesbrough.

Mauricio Pochettino's side have been getting better, it's just not the momentous rise we expected.

Chelsea cannot afford not to go full pelt at this game but Aston Villa might be thinking about the top four, and Tuesday's game with Newcastle.

I'd love to see Villa give it a real go in the FA Cup as well, because they have been excellent this season, but I don't know how Unai Emery will approach it.

All of this is making me think that Chelsea will edge it, but I have been wrong about them plenty of times this season already.

    Justin's prediction: 2-1

Villa have had a much better season than Chelsea but I feel like they have slightly lost their edge in the past few weeks. Given Chelsea can be really good on their day, I think they will probably win.

    Arni's prediction: 1-0

Yeah, Chelsea are going to take this one.

  7. 'Desperate to win a title, not to sign players'published at 16:15 Greenwich Mean Time 26 January

Chelsea v Aston Villa (19:45 GMT)

Chelsea are focused on winning trophies rather than signing players, manager Mauricio Pochettino said before Friday's FA Cup fourth-round game against Aston Villa.

The January transfer window ends next week on Thursday, 1 February.

"We are desperate to win a title, not to sign players - I'm happy with the squad," said Pochettino.

"But we know the last week has the most action and we need to be ready for anything that can happen in the squad."

Chelsea struggled in the first half of the season, but have won their past three Premier League games and reached the Carabao Cup final by beating Middlesbrough on Tuesday.

Against Villa, they will be without forward Christopher Nkunku, who is recovering from a hip issue, and defender Malo Gusto, but both could be back for Chelsea's next league game against Liverpool on Wednesday.

Right, the reaction will keep coming, don't worry. You can also re-watch Jurgen Klopp's news conference using the link at the top of the page.

But as Klopp repeated several times that news conference, now is not the time to reflect, it's about what we have to come in the future.

And, of course, that is the fourth round of the FA Cup.

We've got four games to come tonight and a busy weekend ahead.

What a strange and surreal experience today has been as a Liverpool fan. Genuinely delighted with the way the team has been playing of late and was excited to see what Klopp and the team would deliver this year and beyond, as "Liverpool 2.0" bedded in fully. Bittersweet feeling of being proud of everything he's done to date, but disappointed that it's coming to what feels like a premature end. How lucky we have been to have him for 9 years.

I seem to recall another legend announcing their retirement midway through a season and then withdrawing it after their team’s form went down the drain! Surely there’s more to it than this?

Only just heard the news. As a Liverpool fan, this is so bittersweet. I never thought I would see the day. But Jurgen, I would like to thank you for what you've done to my club for the last few years. You have changed Liverpool to a heavy metal footballing machine. And for that, I am forever grateful. And besides, it isn't over yet! Thank you, Jurgen.

  17. 'That will be fun to watch'published at 15:52 Greenwich Mean Time 26 January

    Liverpool

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp on whether he knew before the season: "It was pretty much that time, I knew last season. You might have the opportunity to look at when I arrived at the club and a picture now and say nine years, really?

"Because I'm the leading part in the meetings, I couldn't [do it], that was the first moment. We still planned it, when the new manager comes it's fine, we planned pre-season because we had to.

"But that was the moment I started thinking, the football we played got better and better and the potential of the team was more and more obvious, that was the moment, that with a proper push and a really good manager on top of his game, that will be fun to watch and I will do that."

  18. Klopp 'grateful' to Ljinderspublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 26 January

    Liverpool

Liverpool CEO Billy Hogan on the departures of coaches Pep Ljinders and Vitor Matos at the end of the season: "From an overall perspective the decision that was taken at the time, Pep [Lijnders] and Vitor [Matos] will go. We will help their career going forward if we can.

"The team Jurgen has built is an extremely strong one."

Jurgen Klopp on his coaching staff: "I will take the break but the other boys are ready.

"The impact they had over the years, especially Pep [Ljinders], is second to none. I know that I have to be thankful and grateful to him. He gave me so many new visions and helped my to develop.

"They will all go for it and I will support and follow from where I am. I'll enjoy it a lot because there is a lot to expect from them."

  19. 'That's the main focus'published at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 26 January

    Liverpool

Liverpool CEO Billy Hogan on how they will celebrate Klopp: "I had a conversation with my son who said I thought he was going to manage forever.

"We'll have the right time and opportunity to look back and his career and the ride we've been on is extraordinary, who he is as a person, his charisma, the team that's been built here is a massive credit to him.

"We want to get through today and get back to playing and winning football matches.

"His impact has been enormous as a colleague as a fan it has been equally so I hope that continues. We have targets ahead of us and that's the main focus."

    Liverpool

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp on : "I had no clue what I could expect here. I just knew it was about the people.

"The way these people deal with difficulties is a role model for me.

"I learned so much here. I'm not in a mood for recap now, we have so much ahead."
