It's a good game this one. Chances regularly coming at both ends. This one is an opportunity for the hosts. Lisa Boattin floats in a cross from deep on the left and Chiara Beccari is free, although the ball is a bit behind her. She can't get a clean contact on the volley and the chance evaporates.

Arsenal's Emily Fox has her hands on the top of her head after almost scoring a delightful goal. She is 25 yards out and chips a well-flighted effort at goal. Pauline Peyraud-Magnin in the home goal does superbly to spring up and get fingertips to the ball to push it over.

The keeper then gets lucky as she gets the goal-kick when it clearly should've been an Arsenal corner.

Some sloppiness from the hosts inside their own penalty area allows Alessia Russo to spin and get a shot away.

Goalkeeper Pauline Peyraud-Magnin gets a hand to the effort, only for the ball to dribble along the face of goal, but Estelle Cascarino is able to clear before Beth Mead could convert the rebound.

In Group D Barcelona are hosting St Polten.

After 20 minutes it still remains goalless at the Estadi Johan Cruyff.

The hosts have had more than 80 per cent possession.

Juventus look a threat when the ball is played over the top of the Arsenal defence and they have something to run on to.

This time Daphne van Domselaar in the Arsenal goal has a good starting position and is able to dash out of her penalty area and boot a clearance to safety.

Another chance for Arsenal. Frida Maanum is at the heart of the move, only to be blocked by superb defensive work from Estelle Cascarino.

The ball falls to Alessia Russo and she looks to curl one into the bottom corner from near the penalty spot, but Pauline Peyraud-Magnin is equal to it, diving low down to her right to keep it out.

Brave from former Arsenal keeper Pauline Peyraud-Magnin, diving at the feet of both Arsenal's Alessia Russo and home defender Viola Calligaris as they looked to get on the end of Emily Fox's through ball.

Peyraud-Magnin gets there first but Calligaris then accidently slides into the stomach of her team-mate. After a bit of treatment, she's OK to carry on.

Chances at both ends. Another good opportunity for the hosts. Chiara Beccari plays it to Valentina Bergamaschi, who is free on the right side of the Gunners penalty area, where you would expect the Arsenal left-back to be.

Bergamaschi doesn't make the most of the freedom though as the strike is straight at Daphne van Domselaar and comfortably dealt with.

Arsenal get a free-kick 25 yards out and Katie McCabe hits it sweetly, the ball flies over the wall and would've crept in under the crossbar if Pauline Peyraud-Magnin had not pushed it over the bar.

The corner from the left was aimed towards England captain Leah Williamson and she got a glancing header on it, but could only steer it wide of goal.

A huge chance for Juventus just after the two-minute mark. A ball is played through the heart of the Arsenal defence and Sofia Cantore is through on goal, only to be denied by brave goalkeeping from Daphne van Domselaar, who had sprinted off her line and got something on to the shot to send it behind for a corner.

The Gunners are level with Juventus on three points after one win and one defeat in their opening two group games.

Former Netherlands international Renee Slegers, 35, joined Arsenal as Jonas Eidevall's assistant in September 2023.

The pair were reunited after working together at Swedish side Rosengard, before Slegers succeeded Eidevall at the club in June 2021, going on to lead them to back-to-back titles.

"It's a new chapter starting, kind of, and we’ve got to take the most out of this chapter and keep pushing forward," said England forward Beth Mead. "It’s been a breath of fresh air with Renee, [I'm] really enjoying it so far."

Asked if she would like Renee to stay, she said “always” - adding "in some capacity".

"We love having Renee so we’ll be happy whatever she chooses to do,” she said.

Slegers has not confirmed if she is interested in taking the job in a permanent capacity.

“I really enjoyed the role I had before and right now I will play this role for the team," she said. "About the future I don’t know, I’m just in the moment."

Arsenal forward Beth Mead says interim manager Renee Slegers has been a “breath of fresh air” and she would like her to stay at the club “in some capacity”.

The Gunners are unbeaten in four games since the Dutchwoman took charge after Jonas Eidevall’s resignation last month.

The club have said Slegers will remain in the job until at least December.

"We've obviously worked with Renee for quite a while now - in different roles to what she's in now - but I think she's taken to it like a duck to water," said Mead.

"It’s been an easy transition. We know what she gives us - the confidence she gives us, we’re playing good football. As individuals and as a collective, we’re really happy with what Renee is doing for us right now. She deserves the credit."

Arsenal began their campaign with a 5-2 loss at Bayern Munich, before beating Valerenga 4-1 at home.

If teams finish level on points then it goes down to head-to-head so a Gunners win in Italy tonight would put them in a strong position to finish in the top two and move into the quarter-finals.

Juventus won 1-0 at Valerenga but then lost 2-0 at home to Bayern.
