Scott Robinson's second-half winner lifted Partick Thistle into the Scottish Championship play-off places with a third straight league win at Dunfermline Athletic.
After goalless first period, Robinson lashed in after Kyle Turner's free-kick was knocked down by Lee Ashcroft.
The defeat means hosts Dunfermline, who have won just two of their 12 league games, remain second bottom.
Meanwhile, Thistle are now on a five-game unbeaten run in the Championship after a ropey start to the season.
