This could go either way. Both sides are definitely trying to push and find that winner. The game has now dropped off a little bit in terms of Sheffield Wednesday dropping deeper again, like what we've seen for the vast majority of this game and Brentford with all of the possession but we know Sheffield Wednesday can cause a big threat.

The last time these sides met in the League Cup was also a fourth round tie, back in 2014. That game also finished 3-2 to Southampton.

I think now Brentford have lifted their game a little bit. They were rocked by that equaliser and now they have lifted the tempo a bit. And now that they have lifted the tempo, it has caused Sheffield Wednesday a bit of a problem because they can't get back into shape as quickly anymore.

Up to this point I felt Brentford had been a little bit slow in that transition due to too many passes and a bit sloppy at times in possession.

Sam Amo-Ameyaw and Kamaldeen Sulemana are the final attacking subs thrown on by Russell Martin.

Centre back Jan Bednarek makes way, as does Adam Armstrong.

A funny moment there when Ingelsson was trying to take a throw-in for Sheffield Wednesday.

He'd leant against the boards as he was looking to take a long throw and ended up having a disagreement with one of the Brentford fans about where it should be taken from.

Million Manhoef won the ball 25 yards from goal, danced between a couple of Southampton players then went down under pressure in the box.

The referee said no. Looking at replays, it would have been soft.

A raft of changes at Brentford. Yoann Wissa and Mikkel Damsgaard are on for the hosts, replacing Fabio Carvalho and Mathias Jensen.

Earlier, a double change for the visitors saw Liam Palmer and Di'Shon Bernard replace Sean Fusire and Dominic Iorfa.

Wednesday suddenly have so much belief!

Ike Ugbo does brilliantly down the left, cuts inside and fires a shot that Mark Flekken has to beat away.

Sub Liam Palmer then has a go from distance, but this is an easier save for Flekken.

Both Championship sides have come from behind to level at Premier League opponents, who both should have been well out of sight.

As it stands, both games are going to penalties.
