Ben Brannan, right, celebrates scoring his second goal of the day for Kilmarnock
Kilmarnock eased into the Premier Sports Cup last 16 as Group H winners with a convincing and at times impressive victory over League 1 East Fife.
The hosts were two goals up inside 15 minutes, both coming from the same source - Jamie Brandon getting forward down the right and supplying first Marcus Dackers at the back post and then Djenairo Daniels at the near post to tap in to the net.
The third was the pick of the bunch, Ben Brannan picking the ball up on the left and curling a beautiful effort in off the post.
Brannan doubled his tally in the opening minutes of the second period with a well-taken effort from the edge of the box and, though Killie failed to add to their advantage, it was a commanding display from the Scottish Premiership side.
Stuart Kettlewell's side go into Sunday's draw for the next round and open their top-flight campaign at home to Livingston next Saturday.
