Bayley Hutchison got the visitors off the mark before former Aberdeen team-mate Eilidh Shore's header made it 2-0 before the break.
Summer signing Jackie Richards grabbed the third with a little over half an hour to play.
Despite having chances, Thistle couldn't manage to make them count.
