    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

    Darren Carter
Ex-Birmingham midfielder on BBC Radio WM

This is an opportunity for Blues because Sutton are going all in.

They'll be gaps but can Blues exploit it?

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:05 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

Matt Rush enters the fray for Jeremy Sivi.

Can he be an FA Cup hero for Sutton?

  3. GREAT SAVE!published at 14:04 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-2 AFC Wimbledon

Josh Neufville plays a terrific cross in for Omar Bugiel, but his point-blank header is kept out by a fine save from Craig MacGillvray.

The MK stopper knows little about the follow-up stop as Bugiel hits the rebound straight at him.

So close to three. What an afternoon Wimbledon boss Johnnie Jackson is enjoying so far.

  4. Postpublished at 14:04 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

Not a single shot in this half yet from Sutton.

Birmingham's possession stats are at 78%, but they have still not definitely settled this tie.

  5. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:02 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-2 AFC Wimbledon

Matty Stevens goes into the book for Wimbledon.

  6. 'A real mountain to climb for MK Dons'published at 14:02 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-2 AFC Wimbledon

    Toby Lock
MK Citizen's sports editor on BBC Three Counties Radio

All it needs now is to start raining over Stadium MK and it would round out a miserable afternoon indeed for the MK Dons supporters.

They have got a real mountain to climb.

  7. Postpublished at 14:00 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

Alfie May has made some lively runs in his first few minutes on the pitch.

Blues also have big men Lyndon Dykes and Lukas Jutkiewicz up their sleeves on the bench, if needed.

These really are riches for the the third tier.

  8. Two more kick-offspublished at 14:00 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

Boreham Wood 0-0 Leyton Orient; Curzon Ashton 0-0 Mansfield

A couple more games are getting under way.

National League South Boreham Wood host League One Leyton Orient.

And fellow sixth-tier side Curzon Ashton face third-tier Mansfield.

    Will we get any shocks?

  9. 'One error could be all the difference'published at 13:59 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

    Richard Wilford
    BBC Radio WM commentator

One error could be all the difference.

Blues are showing a willingness to get behind.

  10. RED CARDpublished at 13:58 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-2 AFC Wimbledon

Things go from bad to worse for MK.

Connor Lemonheigh-Evans is shown a second yellow card for a bodycheck and the former AFC Wimbledon loanee has no complaints as he trudges off.

2-0 down with 10 men. The hosts need a miracle.

  11. Postpublished at 13:57 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-2 AFC Wimbledon

MK have to press and Dean Lewington sends a free-kick into the danger area which is easily cleared.

The danger with pressing for a response is the sucker-punch, of course, and MK almost get caught out.

Wimbledon amble upfield and a cross finds Matty Stevens almost unmarked, but the header is well wide.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:56 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

Now Chris Davies turns to his bench as he makes his first two subs of the afternoon.

Ayumu Yokoyama and Alfie May replace Luke Harris and Keshi Anderson.

May, last season's top scorer in League One, is a good man to bring off the bench at this level.

  13. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:52 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

Now Keshi Anderson is in the book for a foul.

Maybe a sign that Birmingham are getting sucked into the type of match they do not want.

  14. All Wimbledonpublished at 13:51 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-2 AFC Wimbledon

Still the visitors carry the greater threat as Matt Stevens forces Craig MacGillivray into a save.

Sam Sherring then concedes a corner - Wimbledon's sixth. The hosts have forced just one.

It comes to nothing, but the hosts haven't had a sniff so far in the second half.

James Tilley has caused real problems with his set-pieces and sends a free-kick into the box, but Callam Maycock hooks wide.

  15. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:51 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

Another attacking switch for Sutton as Dillon de Silva replaces Eduino Vaz.

De Silva is a Sri Lanka international and a former QPR trainee.

  16. 'The home side have not had a sniff'published at 13:51 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-2 AFC Wimbledon

    Paul Dixon
    BBC Three Counties Radio commentator

AFC Wimbledon certainly have one foot in the second round because you just can't believe MK Dons will score one never mind two in this game.

If anything if you had to back a third goal you'd say it'd be the visitors.

It's one way traffic so far in this half.

The home side have not had a sniff.

  17. GREAT SAVE!published at 13:49 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

Good play from Birmingham and Ethan Laird in particular. A good turn of pace from the right-back to get past his man and he puts over a super low ball.

It picks out Luke Harris and his effort from six yards is instinctively kept out by Jack Sims with his feet.

That keeps Sutton in the tie.

  18. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:47 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-2 AFC Wimbledon

MK do make those changes as forward Ellis Harrison and midfielder Stephen Wearns come on for Joe Tomlinson and Tommy Leigh.

The hosts need something and soon.

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:47 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

Ethan Laird goes into the book for a foul on Jayden Harris.

Those two have been battling each other for most of the afternoon.

  20. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:46 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-2 AFC Wimbledon

A second yellow card for the hosts as Kane Thompson-Sommers is carded for pulling back Miles Hippolyte.
