The danger with pressing for a response is the sucker-punch, of course, and MK almost get caught out.

Wimbledon amble upfield and a cross finds Matty Stevens almost unmarked, but the header is well wide.

Ayumu Yokoyama and Alfie May replace Luke Harris and Keshi Anderson.

May, last season's top scorer in League One, is a good man to bring off the bench at this level.

AFC Wimbledon certainly have one foot in the second round because you just can't believe MK Dons will score one never mind two in this game.

If anything if you had to back a third goal you'd say it'd be the visitors.

It's one way traffic so far in this half.

The home side have not had a sniff.

Good play from Birmingham and Ethan Laird in particular. A good turn of pace from the right-back to get past his man and he puts over a super low ball.

It picks out Luke Harris and his effort from six yards is instinctively kept out by Jack Sims with his feet.

That keeps Sutton in the tie.

MK do make those changes as forward Ellis Harrison and midfielder Stephen Wearns come on for Joe Tomlinson and Tommy Leigh.

The hosts need something and soon.

Ethan Laird goes into the book for a foul on Jayden Harris.
