    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

More than 10 minutes of this half gone and it's largely following a similar pattern to the first.

Birmingham are having plenty of the ball and Sutton staying compact.

At what point will Steve Morison encourage his players to go for it?

  2. Postpublished at 13:44 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-2 AFC Wimbledon

Scott Lindsey has seen enough and sends substitutes Stephen Wearns and Ellis Harrison to warm up.

Wearns hasn't appeared for the Dons since Mike Williamson's departure.

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

    Darren Carter
Ex-Birmingham midfielder on BBC Radio WM

You can sense that Blues just need to up their tempo a little bit.

Sutton do seem to have added more intensity to their play.

Blues need to take more risks.

They are finding it easy to get it wide, but just put it in the box, be braver with your pass.

  4. Postpublished at 13:42 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

There is a crowd of 4,804 inside Gander Green Lane for this one, including around 1,500 from the second city.

It's a first meeting between these sides, so a first trip to this ground for Bluenoses.

Always a good one to tick off a new venue for any keen supporter.

  5. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:42 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-2 AFC Wimbledon

Riley Harbottle replaces James Ball after the AFC Wimbledon defender picked up a knock.

  6. 'MK Dons look at sixes and sevens'published at 13:41 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-2 AFC Wimbledon

    Toby Lock
MK Citizen's sports editor on BBC Three Counties Radio

    It was just a bundle.

MK Dons couldn't get a clean enough clearance on it. It bobbled around and the longer it went on it looked more and more likely it would fall to a blue shirt and it was Omar Bugiel who was basically on the line to stick it into the roof of the net.

MK Dons look at sixes and sevens at the minute, they haven't come out of the dressing room well at all.

  7. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:39 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

First change for Sutton as Will Davies is replaced up top by Ashley Nadesan.

James Tilley's free-kick causes a right old melee in the MK penalty area.

Omar Bugiel is virtually standing on he goalline as he bundles it into the roof of the net. He could not miss.

Big, big goal for the visitors and all to do for the hosts.

  9. Postpublished at 13:38 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    MK Dons 0-1 AFC Wimbledon

MK need a reaction, but it's the visitors who start the second half well.

James Tilley's free-kick eventually breaks to Josh Neufville whose shot is weak but almost tees up Callam Maycock. MK clear.

  10. Postpublished at 13:37 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

    Sutton 0-1 Birmingham

We do kick off and Blues nearly have a second straight away.

Luke Harris gets to the byline and fires one across, but Jay Stansfield can't get his feet sorted and the ball gets past him.

They will definitely want a second goal as early as possible.

The players are all back in place, but we can't start because there is a problem with one of the goals!

Someone has to come on and stick a couple of metal pegs in to fix it to the floor.

    MK Dons 0-1 AFC Wimbledon

The visitors are out in good time for the second half, but are made to wait as MK boss Scott Lindsey keeps his side in the changing room a little longer.

Obviously much to impart after that first half.

  16. Curzon solid in competition so farpublished at 13:29 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

Curzon Ashton v Mansfield (14:00 GMT)

Fans arrive at Curzon AshtonImage source, Getty Images

Curzon Ashton have now reached the FA Cup first round in three consecutive seasons, going out at this stage in each of the last two. Before this, they’d only got as far as the first round twice (2008-09 and 2016-17).

The National League North side based in east Manchester are yet to concede in the competition this term, scoring eight goals in their three qualifying ties.

League One outfit Mansfield, riding high in fourth, will want to avoid a repeat of their FA Cup exit last season when they lost 2-1 to Wrexham at this very stage.

This is only Stags boss Nigel Clough’s fourth ever FA Cup tie against non-league opponents as an EFL manager.

He has won his last two but lost 2-1 at the hands of Crawley Town as Derby boss in the third round in 2010-11.

Today’s game will be the first time these two sides are facing each other in the FA Cup first round.

  17. Potential banana skin?published at 13:27 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

Boreham Wood play host to Leyton Orient this afternoon who are three divisions above them in the football pyramid.

The Wood are 11th in the National League South following their relegation last season from the fifth tier.

After enjoying a steady start to the campaign, Boreham Wood are now without a win in their last three matches, losing last time out at Eastbourne.

As for the O's, Richie Wellens' side have had a stuttering start to the season, picking up just one win in their last eight matches - a 1-0 victory over Rotherham United and sit just one point outside the League One drop zone.

Orient were comprehensively beaten 3-0 at Wycombe last Saturday in a match where they recorded only two shots on target.

Wellens will be hoping to leave the league form at home as they attempt to avoid another FA Cup shock this weekend with this banana skin looking tie.

  19. 'Important half-time team talk for both managers'published at 13:24 Greenwich Mean Time 3 November

HT: MK Dons 0-1 AFC Wimbledon

    Paul Dixon
    BBC Three Counties Radio commentator

First half joy for AFC Wimbledon.

MK Dons and Scott Lindsey in particular with plenty of thinking to do.

It'll be an important half-time team talk for both managers really.

A late goal in a half which was scrappy for the first 20 minutes or so and it looked like it might just have that air about it of a game that sometimes these hyped up games flatter to deceive.

Just the one minute of stoppage time and Wimbledon edge the first half with Matty Stevens' eighth goal of the season just before the break.

The visitors just about deserved it, with four attempts on target, compared to two from the hosts.

Plenty for MK boss Scott Lindsey to think about at half-time
