  1. goal

GOAL: Cheltenham 0-1 Doncasterpublished at 14:18 British Summer Time 5 April

    Jamie Sterry (89 mins)

Just as I say nowt's happening...Rovers open the scoring!

The top left corner of the net bulged by Jamie Sterry.

What a time for his first goal for the club, just before they commence six minutes of injury time!

Assisted by who else but Luke Molyneux who had those two early strikes in this half.

  2. 'Party pieces coming out'published at 14:17 British Summer Time 5 April

    Wrexham 3-0 Burton

    Sanny Rudravajhala
BBC Radio 5 Live at Stok Cae Ras

A standing ovation for Sam Smith as he goes off. A cool finish from him for 2-0. A sixteenth in League One and fifth since joining Wrexham from Reading.

And now the party pieces are coming out, Steven Fletcher audaciously trying from 40 yards but just over the bar.

With my reporter’s monocular (think mini telescope), I can see Ryan Reynolds up in the Goda in the executive box.

He’s getting collared for photos now and with those two quickfire goals, the mood has changed and it’s all smiles here now… unless you’re one of the 661 travelling supporters.

Burton, down to ten since the 11th minute, have been brave but they’re done now.

  3. 'Walsall are dangerous from set pieces'published at 14:17 British Summer Time 5 April

    Walsall 2-3 Port Vale

    Charlie Lakin
Walsall midfielder on BBC Radio WM

We are dangerous from set pieces and if you get corner after corner, one of them will go in.

We really have to try and build on these set pieces.

  4. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:17 British Summer Time 5 April

    Cheltenham 0-0 Doncaster

Still nowt but cards and subs to report from this one.

Joe Sbarra of Doncaster Rovers is shown the latest yellow card for a bad foul in front of 3,897 at the EV Charger Points Stadium.

  5. goal

GOAL: Wrexham 3-0 Burtonpublished at 14:17 British Summer Time 5 April

    Jack Marriott (87 mins)

    Game, set and match.

He's only been on the pitch 10 minutes and Jack Marriott has put the icing on the cake for Wrexham.

Marriott latches onto a long ball over the top, gets it out of his feet and hammers it into the bottom corner.

  6. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:17 British Summer Time 5 April

    Walsall 2-3 Port Vale

A muddy Mitch Clark is forced into a vital block from the hosts cross to begin a string of Walsall corners.

The Saddlers aren't able to do any damage with them though and instead it's David Okagbue who finds himself with a yellow card after he's late on Clark to mop up a pass.

  7. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:16 British Summer Time 5 April

    Wrexham 2-0 Burton

Jack Armer off and Tomas Kalinauskas on for Burton. Only a couple of minutes plus stoppages to go.

  8. Postpublished at 14:16 British Summer Time 5 April

    Wrexham 2-0 Burton

Wrexham are going six points clear of Wycombe in the automatic promotion spots as things stand, albeit having played one game more.

It's a big swing in their favour today though, should it stay this way.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 14:14 British Summer Time 5 April

    Tranmere 2-0 Chesterfield

Quadruple change - what a modern football occurrence, never had they back in Paul Cook's day!

Michael Jacobs replaces Ollie Banks, Will Grigg replaces Aribim Pepple, Dylan Duffy replaces Michael Olakigbe and last but not least John Fleck replaces Tom Naylor.

Maybe we should go down the rugby route of changing terminology from subs, to replacements, to finishers...either way he's played his cards, hoping at least one of these four can help his side back into this one!

  10. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:12 British Summer Time 5 April

    Walsall 2-3 Port Vale

Walsall respond by introducing two players at opposite ends of the age spectrum - 18 years separate Albert Adomah and teenager Ethan Wheatley.

Making way are Jamille Matt and Jamie Jellis.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 14:11 British Summer Time 5 April

    Reading 1-0 Wycombe

  12. 'Deadpool and super sub in attendance'published at 14:10 British Summer Time 5 April

    Chris Wathan
BBC Sport Wales at Stok Cae Ras

There were Wrexham fans around our press area peering over to watch the penalty at the Reading game.

Their screams have just rippled around the rest of the Racecourse. They know how significant these last few minutes could be in the promotion race.

By the way, Steven Fletcher's penalty was his eighth goal this season. Today was the seventh from the bench.

We have Deadpool and super sub in attendance this afternoon.

Rumarn Burrell and Julian Larsson are off for Burton and on come Fabio Tavares and Anthony Forde.

  15. Postpublished at 14:09 British Summer Time 5 April

    Walsall 2-3 Port Vale

Was it too much to ask for the second half to possess the excitement of the first?

It certainly seems so as things have become quite tense on the pitch.

Though the Bescot did start to rumble as Walsall begin to make their way through to the box with not too many yellow shirts around.

But Sam Hart positions his body in the way enough to see the ball teeter towards his goal keeper rather than sliced in with deadly aplomb.

  16. 'Wycombe will throw everything they have got'published at 14:09 British Summer Time 5 April

    Reading 1-0 Wycombe

    Mick Gooding
Ex-Reading player/manager on BBC Radio Berkshire

Reading need to be careful still. Wycombe won't give up and have been good all season and are where they are in the league for a reason and will go all the way to end.

They will throw everything they have got.

  17. goal

An excellent penalty by Harvey Knibbs and he slams home his 14th league goal of the season to give Reading the lead.

The Royals are moving into the top six and Wycombe are losing ground in the race for the top two.

What a couple of minutes at the top of League One...

No mistake from Steven Fletcher and the racecourse has erupted.

There are just shy of 13,000 here today, including Ryan Reynolds. Van Wilder, Party Liaison may be needed at full-time.
