Crewe's late loss at Gillingham ends the last remaining 100% record in League Two, and they are joined on 12 points by Chesterfield, who won at Harrogate.

MK Dons, Grimsby and the Gills are a further point back.

Shrewsbury's miserable return to League Two after relegation continued as they equalised in the last minute at Swindon only to lose in stoppage time.

Cheltenham, on the day their takeover was completed, lost for a fifth successive game and are yet to register a point.

Gillingham left it late to snatch all three points against table-toppers Crewe, thanks to Sam Gale’s goal.

Billy Bodin was the man of the hour for Swindon as he made it 2-1 against Shrewsbury in the 93rd minute, who themselves made it 1-1 just moments earlier.

A Matthew Dennis double wasn’t enough to get the three points for Notts County as Bromley got a late equaliser to make it 2-2.

Chesterfield are up to second in the table after Chey Dunkley’s 81st-minute winner against Harrogate.

Bristol Rovers beat Cambridge thanks to a goal from Ellis Harrison.

A Tyler Walton strike got Accrington back on level terms with Grimsby as they drew 1-1.

Colchester were beaten 2-0 by Barrow, with Lewis Shipley and Jack Earing getting on the scoreboard.

Crawley also lost 2-0 against Tranmere, with Omari Patrick getting a late second at the Broadfield Stadium.

First-half goals from Ched Evans and Reagan Ogle produced a 1-1 draw between Fleetwood and Oldham.

Cardiff City's 1-0 victory over Luton takes them top as Stevenage's loss to Huddersfield drops them to third.

The Terriers' reward for upsetting Boro's winning start is second place in the table, just one point off the leaders.

Both Peterborough and Plymouth picked up their first points of the season but for Posh, their draw with Bradford City is not enough to lift them off the bottom.

There was drama at Edgeley Park as Oliver Norwood gave Stockport a 2-1 lead against Burton; a remarkable turnaround. The home side played most of the match with 10 men, and were a goal behind until the 77th minute.

Wycombe had to come from behind to draw 2-2 against Reading. The Royals fought back to take a 2-1 lead just before half-time, but Oliver Norwood equalised late on.

It was a Regan Hendry double which helped Mansfield beat Leyton Orient 4-1.

Antwoine Hackford struck a decisive blow for AFC Wimbledon as they beat Barnsley 2-0 in a match filled with plenty of chances for both sides.

Bolton left it very late to snatch a point against Lincoln, thanks to a 97th-minute own goal.

A second-half goal from Alfie May was all it took for Huddersfield to beat Stevenage.

Northampton beat Exeter 2-0 thanks to a first-minute goal from Ethan Wheatley, and a second from Max Dyche.

There was a late equaliser for Peterborough as they drew 1-1 against Bradford.

Plymouth finally got themselves a win on the board thanks to a goal from Malachi Boateng against Blackpool.

Doncaster took all three points against Port Vale as Owen Bailey scored to give them a 1-0 win.

  6. 'It felt quite comfortable'published at 17:00 British Summer Time 23 August

    FT: Huddersfield 1-0 Stevenage

    Matt Glennon
Former Huddersfield keeper on BBC Radio Leeds

It felt quite comfortable, obviously, you'd have liked them to go on and get a second or a third, but if we grind out results like that, you'd be happy.

  7. 'A point on the road for Bradford'published at 16:58 British Summer Time 23 August

    Peterborough 1-1 Bradford

    Andy Kiwomya
Ex-Bradford forward and head of performance on BBC Radio Leeds

A point on the road for Bradford, it's never going to be always perfect, on the road to whatever we are doing this season.

The performance in the second half was good.

A deflected goal is frustrating, but we are definitely capable of teachable moments, and this is definitely one of those moments.

  8. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:56 British Summer Time 23 August

    Plymouth 1-0 Blackpool

Malachi Boateng doesn't just secure Plymouth Argyle their first point of the season, he gives them all three to get off the mark.

A big win for boss Tom Cleverley but for Steve Bruce in the opposite dug-out, the pressure is beginning to boil.

  9. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:56 British Summer Time 23 August

    Peterborough 1-1 Bradford

Peterborough avoid a fifth successive defeat at the start of the season thanks to Cian Hayes' late leveller after Will Swan had put Bradford ahead.

A much-improved performance from the home side as they forced Sam Walker into three first-half saves but the Bantams will be frustrated they couldn't hold on.

Home boss Darren Ferguson made a quadruple change when they fell behind and substitutes Declan Frith and Cian Hayes combined to snatch a point.

  10. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:55 British Summer Time 23 August

    Huddersfield 1-0 Stevenage

Alfie May on the rebound gets the victory for Huddersfield.

It sees Stevenage knocked off the top spot and, perhaps more upsettingly for the visiting fans, their 100% winning record spoiled.

  11. 'Crewe didn't defend properly'published at 16:55 British Summer Time 23 August

    FT: Gillingham 1-0 Crewe

    Graham McGarry
Crewe commentator for BBC Radio Stoke

A goal late in the game from a corner that Crewe didn't defend properly separates the sides.

The woodwork denied them on a couple of occasions, but they were caught out by a set-play, and it has cost them.

  12. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:54 British Summer Time 23 August

    Gillingham 1-0 Crewe

Crewe hit the woodwork three times, have one cleared off the line and a goal disallowed - Gillingham take the three points!

    Peterborough 1-1 Bradford

    Andy Kiwomya
Ex-Bradford forward and head of performance on BBC Radio Leeds

Hayes was able to turn Baldwin.

It was a very fortuitous goal, but fortune favours the brave. Peterborough have benefited from that fortune.

Bradford have to keep the ball in front of them.

  15. 'Crewe need a last gasp'published at 16:52 British Summer Time 23 August

    Gillingham 1-0 Crewe

    Graham McGarry
Crewe commentator for BBC Radio Stoke

    Crewe need a last gasp.

They've had their moments, but it hasn't been their day at all, they've hit the woodwork twice, and they've had one ruled out for offside.

Can they find something in the last few minutes?
