    Peter Morse
Crewe summariser on BBC Radio Stoke

They're a seriously physical side, Gillingham, three big centre-halves, with Ethan Coleman in front of them.

No subtlety about how Gillingham are playing so far here.

  15. 'How's that for prolific!'published at 15:02 British Summer Time 23 August

    Huddersfield 0-0 Stevenage

    Andy Sixsmith
    Reporter at Kirklees Stadium

Be honest - who had Stevenage top of League One after 4 games?!

Not many of their fans, with one supporter telling me she’s close to a nosebleed with how high Boro are in the table.

Arguably the toughest test in the division today, though - Huddersfield yet to concede or lose at home - and have League One cheat code Alfie May - he’s scored 82 goals across four seasons at this level. How’s that for prolific…!

  19. Pointless Posh seek Bantams breakpublished at 14:54 British Summer Time 23 August

Peterborough United v Bradford City (15:00 BST)

"I'm convinced we can still have a good season."

The words of Peterborough United boss Darren Ferguson after their 1-0 home defeat by Barnsley on Tuesday - a fourth loss from four to start the campaign.

Currently in his fourth stint in charge, the storm clouds appear to be gathering once again for Fergie Jr, who continues to search the lower leagues for potential gems with Accrington Stanley midfielder Ben Woods added to the squad last Monday.

At the other end of the scale, defender Peter Kioso will rejoin on loan from Oxford at the start of next week.

The midweek defeat equalled their second-worst run at the start of an EFL campaign - their worst by the way is seven straight defeats, also under Ferguson in 2012.

Peterborough's problems are in direct contrast to their visitors.

Bradford City are still riding the crest of the wave from last season's dramatic final-day promotion, and are unbeaten on their return to League One.

Impressive wins over widely tipped Wycombe, Luton and Stockport have been backed up by an EFL Cup victory at Blackburn and a goalless draw at Northampton.

Oh, and the Bantams are unbeaten in their past four visits to London Road with three wins and one draw - the Posh will need something to give today if Ferguson's prophecy of a good season isn't to fall on deaf ears...

  20. Gareth's Gills to ring time on Bell's perfect start?published at 14:52 British Summer Time 23 August

Gillingham v Crewe Alexandra (15:00 BST)

Gillingham boss Gareth AinsworthImage source, Rex Features

A 60th competitive meeting between these two sides finds them both in fine fettle.

Crewe are the only remaining 100%ers in League Two and, given last season's ridiculously close promotion race where a number of teams played pass the parcel with the top three places, it's hardly surprising.

Lee Bell's side are looking to become the first League Two side to win their opening five games of the season since Leyton Orient did just that in 2015 - further evidence of just how tight this division has been over recent years.

Gillingham have long-held ambitions of getting out of League Two, the trouble is it's taking a long time to do that, certainly longer than their American owners were planning, with finishes of 17th, 12th and 17th falling well below expectations given the investment.

But here we are, the Gills, under Gareth Ainsworth, are unbeaten with two wins and two draws - in fact they've not tasted defeat in their past 16 EFL games.

So, two sides bubbling along nicely - will someone's bubble burst today?
