Mike: The full time whistle can't come soon enough. It's hard being a Spurs fan at the best of times, but this is just embarrassing. Totally outplayed, outthought and outgunned. Utter humiliation.

Shamrock Rovers 2-1 The New Saints

Better from The New Saints as goalscorer Jordan Williams has a pop at goal, but Shamrock stopper Leon Pohls easily steps across to keep him out.

At the other end Rovers counter but a chance is blocked by a wall of defenders.

    A lovely little finish.

Dominic Solanke with a clever little back flick, he is in a confident mood. You sense Galatasaray have switched off.

  7. Postpublished at 19:17 Greenwich Mean Time 7 November

    Olympiakos 1-1 Rangers

Cyriel Dessers is full of confidence after that equaliser and it seems to have gone to his head.

The Rangers frontman carries the ball forward to the edge of the box but gets his shot all wrong.

He had runners either side that were probably better options.

Galatasaray have had chance after chance and Tottenham have been under pressure but the home side haven't made it count.

Have Spurs found a way back in here?

A lovely ball in from Pedro Porro to Dominic Solanke six-yards out and it's a nifty little backheel flick from the England striker.

    Game on?

  9. YELLOW CARDpublished at 19:14 Greenwich Mean Time 7 November

    Olympiakos 1-1 Rangers

Jefte is the first Rangers player to be booked.

It's an easy call for the referee as the Brazilian is caught on his heels and clearly drags Gelson Martins to the floor.

This is why big Ange won't win anything because he goes to Turkey, in one of the most hostile stadiums in Europe, chucks in a number of kids and still says play out from the back. When the team are getting absolutely battered, he changes nothing. It's not a learning, it's hiding and it explains why Spurs will win nothing.

On come Dominic Solanke and Pape Sarr.

  13. YELLOW CARDpublished at 19:12 Greenwich Mean Time 7 November

    Olympiakos 1-1 Rangers

Frustration is starting to flow over now from the home side after that equaliser.

David Carmo becomes the first player to go into the book.

  14. Postpublished at 19:12 Greenwich Mean Time 7 November

    Galatasaray 3-1 Tottenham

Dejan Kulusevski looks to be in a bit of bother with his arm/shoulder after a tussle in the box.

It looks like he'll be OK to continue.

  15. Postpublished at 19:11 Greenwich Mean Time 7 November

Shamrock Rovers 2-1 The New Saints

The New Saints are building. They ping a couple of crosses into the box but Shamrock Rovers easily clear.

Spurs need to be a bit careful. Yves Bissouma also received a yellow card for his protestations against Will Lankshear's sending off.

    What a save Fraser Forster!

Yet another super strike from Yunus Akgun, he knows how to hit a ball.

He hits it hard from 16 yards out and Forster bats it away.

  18. goal

Finally Cyriel Dessers makes one count.

Dessers might be 6ft 1in but he's got the footwork of a ballerina. He charges towards goal, shapes to shoot, completely sells it to Olympiakos skipper Panagiotis Retsos, drops the shoulder, chops into the box and then show composure to beat the goalkeeper.

  19. 'Born out of frustration'published at 19:08 Greenwich Mean Time 7 November

    Galatasaray 3-1 Tottenham

    Glenn Hoddle
Former England and Tottenham manager on TNT Sports

I think it was born out of frustration. As a youngster, Will Lankshear has lost his head and forgot he is on a yellow.

  20. RED CARDpublished at 19:08 Greenwich Mean Time 7 November

Oh dear. Tottenham's nightmare gets even worse.

Will Lankshear flies in on Gabriel Sara and it's almost like he's just completely forgotten he was already on a yellow. Over comes the referee and it's a second booking for the 19-year-old.

Lankshear doesn't complain at all and heads straight down the tunnel. A goal and a red card. What a night.
