In among all the celebrations, Leanne Ross was in the ear of the fourth official again over the length of time between the penalty awarded and Lovera being allowed to take it.

I'm not quite sure what the delay was about, not as if we've got VAR...

It was that pass from Van Diemen – it’s a risky pass but it makes its way there into the Rangers final third. Maatta waits for Lovera round the outside which she's good at. It’s a great pick out. I'm not sure the Whelan effort’s going in but Katie Lockwood again can't sort her feet quick enough and puts it over the crossbar.

The best chances of the game have come City’s way.

It's a lovely ball from Brenna Lovera, Lockwood gets on the end of it and sends it high into the sky.

The wee-est player in the Hibs ranks by some distance, Stacey Papadopolous, pops up at the back post surely just needing to connect with the ball to double the hosts’ lead.

She gets that touch, though skies it inexplicably high, injuring herself in the process it appears…

Glasgow City manager Leanne Ross is not impressed with some of the refereeing decisions in this match. She's already had more than a few words with fourth official Ross Birrell.

There's plenty of edge in this one that's for sure...

Michaela McAlonie was like a wee Duracell Bunny there, darting up the left flank for Hibs.

Kinda sums the league leaders up so far.

Comfy and in control without that killer-instinct.

That was such a glorious chance for Emily Whelan...she's normally so reliable but she did not have her striking boots on there. Missed opportunity.
