  1. A long way back for Swanseapublished at 20:30 BST

    Swansea 0-1 QPR

    Gareth Vincent
BBC Sport Wales at the Swansea.com Stadium

Swansea's night is going from bad to worse.

Malick Yalcouye went down in the box claiming he had been fouled and referee John Busby waved play on.

Steve Cook then remonstrated with Yalcouye, presumably because he felt he had gone down too easily.

The duo squared up before Cook went down with Yalcouye dismissed for violent conduct.

It is a long way back from here for Swansea's 10 men.

  2. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:28 BST

    Watford 1-1 West Brom

Callum Styles has his name taken for a foul.

From the free-kick, Imran Louza's delivery is begging for a touch but it bounces through for Josh Griffiths to take cleanly.

  3. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:27 BST

    Wrexham 1-0 Oxford United

Dominic Hyam gets the wrong side of his man and pulls him down.

That'll be the first booking of the night.

  4. 'A clear penalty, yet nothing is given'published at 20:26 BST

    Sheff Wed 0-1 Middlesbrough

    Rob Law
    BBC Radio Tees commentator

    That is a clear penalty!

That is penalty all day long, Joe Lumley didn't get the slightest touch on the ball.

The referee is in the perfect position to see it, and yet nothing is given.

  5. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 20:26 BST

    Sheff Wed 0-1 Middlesbrough

Joe Lumley in the home goal brings down Tommy Conway.

Well everyone seems to think he has and play seems to pause until we all realise referee Thomas Kirk is playing on.

I think we'll call that 'getting away with one...'

  6. goal

GOAL Watford 1-1 West Brompublished at 20:23 BST

    Imran Louza (38 mins)

    Holy moly! What a strike!

Whatever Isaac Price can do, Imran Louza can do even better.

Just like the Baggies man, Louza finds the top corner.

The Hornets skipper runs onto a loose clearance, controls and then flings the ball into the back of the net.

Out of nowhere we have two goals and a game on our hands.

  7. RED CARDpublished at 20:23 BST

    Swansea 0-1 QPR

The gloom deepens for the home side.

Malick Yalcouye is shown a straight red card by John Busby and Swansea are down to 10 men.

It's violent conduct from the Swans midfielder.

QPR's Steve Cook collects a yellow card in all of that as well.

  8. Postpublished at 20:22 BST

    Watford 0-1 West Brom

    A warning for Watford.

West Brom haven't dropped points in the three away games they have opened the scoring so far this season.

  9. Postpublished at 20:20 BST

    Swansea 0-1 QPR

Since the start of April, no-one has taken more than QPR's 16 points on their travels in the Championship.

They've also won eight of their past 11 games against Welsh clubs with seven clean sheets.

It's going to plan so far in the rain in Swansea.

  10. goal

GOAL Watford 0-1 West Brompublished at 20:18 BST

    Isaac Price (34 mins)

We might be shot poor, but we are goal rich!

What a lovely finish from the edge of the box from Isaac Price after some nice movement. Right into the postage stamp.

Goals in back-to-back matches for Price, and his fifth of the season.

  11. 'Quick start from Middlesbrough'published at 20:18 BST

    Sheff Wed 0-1 Middlesbrough

    Neil Maddison
Former Middlesbrough midfielder on BBC Tees

It is a quick start from Middlesbrough, they are really on top of their game.

Every time Wednesday get hold of the ball there are Boro players swarming straight away to pinch it back.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:17 BST

    Swansea 0-1 QPR

A yellow card for the QPR skipper Jimmy Dunne as he incurs the displeasure of referee John Busby.

He'll need to mind his work for the rest of the evening, Jimmy that is not Mr Busby...

  13. Postpublished at 20:16 BST

    Watford 0-0 West Brom

We waited 20 minutes for the first shot of the match, now in the 30th we have our second.

    And it is Watford's first.

Imran Louza chips from 25 yards. It is never testing the goal or the goalkeeper.

  14. Postpublished at 20:15 BST

    Sheff Wed 0-1 Middlesbrough

Oh my, Middlesbrough are in again.

Again it's Delano Burgzorg down the left but his cross is slightly behind Tommy Conway and he drags his shot wide.

If it wasn't for the loud Boro fans this would feel more like one of those old reserve team games played on a midweek afternoon.

  15. Postpublished at 20:14 BST

    Wrexham 1-0 Oxford United

Stanley Mills lets rip from the right angle of the box.

That is awkward for Arthur Okonkwo but he pushes away smartly.

No one is there to follow up but Oxford are slowly getting a handle on things.

  16. Postpublished at 20:11 BST

    Sheff Wed 0-1 Middlesbrough

It's almost 2-0 and it's Morgan Whittaker again.

He gets on the end of another pass and his goalbound shot is blocked by Dominic Iorfa.

Wednesday are all over the shop.

  17. 'Sloppy defending from Wednesday'published at 20:11 BST

    Sheff Wed 0-1 Middlesbrough

    Ross Wallace
Ex-Sheffield Wednesday winger on BBC Radio Sheffield

It is poor defending. You just need to mark men in the box, there is no need for zonal defending.

It is just sloppy defending early on from Wednesday, and they have been unable to apply any pressure on the ball.

  18. Swansea in need of a responsepublished at 20:10 BST

    Swansea 0-1 QPR

    Gareth Vincent
BBC Sport Wales at the Swansea.com Stadium

After the slow opening to this contest, it was Queens Park Rangers who began to offer something going forward.

After knocking at the door a couple of times, the Hoops lead thanks to Rumarn Burrell's close-range finish.

Alan Sheehan must hope the goal will give his team a jolt, because it has been a lacklustre performance so far from Swansea.

Having escaped with a point after creating nothing at Southampton last weekend, they must find some inspiration here.

With the rain pouring down in Hertfordshire, Nestory Irankunda changes his boots.

His studs are hidden, but I can tell you that he has discarded a white pair for a baby blue set.

  20. goal

GOAL: Sheff Wed 0-1 Middlesbroughpublished at 20:07 BST

    Morgan Whittaker (6 mins)

    Middlesbrough celebrate scoringImage source, Shutterstock

Two in two for the big man.

Morgan Whittaker was an early target for some Middlesbrough fans but he's got his second goal in two games.

Delano Burgzorg cuts the ball back and there's the former Plymouth man to convert.

Joe Lumley's life as Sheffield Wednesday's emergency goalkeeper is off to a less than auspicious start.
